Ways to improve sleep quality:
(1) Don't worry too much, don't go to bed deliberately, go to bed when you are tired;
(2) Don't eat caffeinated food, such as coffee, tea and chocolate. Within 4 hours before going to bed, and try not to smoke or drink;
(3) Increase the amount of exercise during the day, you can do more work or exercise, but don't exercise before going to bed;
