How to break the nightmare?

I want to be honest, too. Last week, I had a dream that I lost a tooth, and then I had several more teeth installed. Finally, I vomited. I found that the first one who fell broke in two and bled a lot, and was stuck to the sole by a person. I asked her to take it off for me and put it back together. Finally, I wish my family and people around me healthy, happy and safe, and must be safe.
