How to pose as a Buddha worshipping Buddha?

First, stand. Gently fold your palms together, put your fingers together, bend your elbows naturally, and put them on your chest at an angle of about 45 degrees. When crossing your hands, your eyes droop, and looking at the fingertips of your palm can unite your mind and eliminate delusions. Stand in front of the futon with your feet in a figure of eight, with the distance between your left and right heels about two inches and your toes about eight inches.

Second, the palm of the right hand is down and pressed in the center of the futon, while the palm of the left hand is still, knees crossed and kneeling on the futon;

Third, press the left palm on the left side in front of the futon;

Fourth, the right palm moves from the center to the right in front of the futon, and the two palms are separated by six inches; Press your head on the futon between your palms;

Fifth, the palms are turned outwards (palms are up, which means holding the Buddha's feet with both hands, head to face);

Sixth, the fingers of both hands, in turn, are still pressed in the original place of the futon; Leave the futon with your head, and get up; The right palm moves in the center of the futon;

Seventh, the left palm is separated from the futon and placed on the chest like a palm crossing; The right palm is propped up (both knees leave the futon at the same time), and the left palm is folded into the chest for worship;

After the eighth and third prayers, there is another ceremony, such as looking at the secular world and asking questions, that is, just after praying, the hands are folded into the chest, that is, the folded palms are placed slightly downward (when bowing) near the abdomen. After that, put the palm of your right hand in the left palm, fold it into a fist shape, slowly lift it to eyebrow level (when it is straight) from bottom to top, then slowly put down your palms and put them together to form your chest. The palm is up, and the right hand is closed to your left hand first, and the two thumbs are connected, which is the Samadhi Seal (Tomi Seal means that your left hand is closed to the right, which is the same as Samadhi Seal). This is to worship Buddha, and then the head is slightly lower and the hand is spread out.
