Self-built two and a half floors, is it better to make French windows outside the balcony or half walls?

You can knock off half of the wall and make French windows directly. The living room is not a French window, so it is impossible to achieve the effect of French window, because it will destroy the integrity of the building facade.

Or:

1. The door can adopt alloy carved double-layer glass sliding door.

2. Just seal the balcony with vacuum double glass.

3. The clothes rack can be extended and hung on the balcony.
