Bamian Mountain is surrounded by cliffs, with two sharp ends, long and narrow from north to south, like a boat. The mountains are open and flat, the grasslands are rich and beautiful, and horses, cattle and sheep flock together. Known as "a pearl on the southern grassland of China" and also known as "air grassland", it is a natural barrier from Hunan to the eastern part of Chongqing.
It has unique climatic resources. The average temperature in summer is about 20 degrees Celsius, and the cool breeze is slow. In winter, the temperature is-10 degrees Celsius, thousands of miles are frozen, and the snow is floating in Wan Li.
There are magical and beautiful natural scenery here: Qifeng, Cave, Galaxy, Cliff, Tiankeng, Tiantou, Tianqiao, Shilin, Yunshan, Fog Sea, Waterfalls, Alpine Lakes, etc., which are dotted with unique features, precipitous beauty and ingenuity.
There are 36 battalions including Three Knives, Four Knives and Six Knives, and 48 battalions including Shangying, Zhongying, Xia Ying, Qijiaying and Bajiaying. As can be seen from the names of these natural villages and producing areas, Bamian Mountain has always been a battleground for military strategists. The whole mountain boundary stands in the clouds. There are only a few roads up the mountain, such as the big and small rock gates, Wangxiangtai, Ximeixia, etc. "And one person guards it, and ten thousand people can't force it."
The plateau scenery on the mountain is unique, especially the big rock gate, small rock gate, swallow cave, autogenous bridge, cup rock and other scenic spots, which have high tourism value.
