4. Get up early in the morning, take a walk and jog in a quiet place outside after washing, breathe fresh air and stretch the human yang. 5. Get more sunshine (not exposure), especially on the back. On the back is the Yang in the Yang (Du meridian governs the Yang). Pay attention to keep your back warm to avoid Yang's injury. 6. Pay attention to diet, stop all beer and cold drinks, and make cold, hard, spicy and greasy things.
In fact, both men and women should make up for Yang Qi in summer heat, which generally refers to weakness, pallor, shortness of breath, weakness of limbs, dizziness, sweating when moving, low voice and memory loss. Including the deficiency of primordial qi, primordial qi and defensive qi, and the decline of qi's functions of rising, warming, maintaining, solidifying and gasifying, leading to the decline or decline of some functional activities of the body and the decline of disease resistance. Most of them are caused by congenital deficiency, acquired malnutrition, exhaustion due to overwork ("exhaustion and gas consumption"), or chronic illness, or the decline of visceral functions such as lung, spleen and kidney, and insufficient qi and biochemistry.
General qi deficiency: general weakness, listlessness, shortness of breath, laziness, low speech, spontaneous sweating, fear of movement, pale tongue, fat and tender, weak pulse.
Lung qi deficiency: shortness of breath, shortness of breath, laziness, low voice and other symptoms, as well as cough and expectoration. Deficiency of heart qi: shortness of breath, palpitation, mental fatigue and other symptoms are prominent, with symptoms such as pulse knot formation, delay or counting, but weakness, irritability and so on.
Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach: sallow complexion, mental fatigue, listlessness of limbs, loss of appetite and other prominent symptoms, often accompanied by abdominal distension, indigestion, loose stool, stagnation of middle qi, proctoptosis, frequent urination and other symptoms.
Deficiency of kidney qi: dull complexion, dizziness, tinnitus and deafness, manifested by soreness of waist and knees, loose stools, sexual dysfunction, pale and wet tongue, and weakness of feet and pulse.
For people with qi deficiency, diet should be taboo and take into account the principle of deficiency of five internal organs. Anyone who is deficient in qi should eat food that can tonify qi, something sweet or warm in nature, and nutritious and digestible food. Avoid eating gas-consuming things, cold food, greasy and spicy food.
What you sweat is yang deficiency, and there will be no other theory!
If there are no complications, you must have hurt your lungs first. Huangdi Neijing said: "Lung governs (is responsible for) qi". Lung qi deficiency, lung involuntary, how to restrain? Sweat is the transformation of qi, which is not solid, and it is vented, so is sweat. Breathing machine, sweating all over. This is the solution of spontaneous sweating in traditional Chinese medicine.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "Qi belongs to Yang, (blood belongs to Yin,) and lung governs Qi". Spontaneous sweating due to lung-qi deficiency is Yang Qi deficiency.
Its treatment should be based on tonifying Yang Qi. However, things are not so simple. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that yin must be supplemented at the same time as yang. This is called "Yin-Yang alternation". Just like a family, if a couple wants to get rich, it is inevitable that their husbands will temporarily have no skills to recharge. There must be a wife at this time. This is clear evidence of "yin and yang alternating".
