9. When installing the fasteners, drill holes on the pasted insulation board with an impact drill, and the holes should be not less than 30mm deep into the wall. Fix the insulation board on the wall with special nails and gaskets, and the nail head should be flush with the insulation board.

10, within 3 days after the insulation board is pasted, the uneven joints of the board shall be treated and the board surface shall be cleaned.

15. After laying and plastering the grid cloth, the grid cloth should be completely buried in the mortar, and the construction of the next working procedure can only be carried out after 3-4 days of curing.

17, the frame joints are divided according to the design requirements, and a splayed groove is formed by an electric heating wire grooving machine.

18. Decorative pieces should be pasted on the insulation board to pop up the specific position with chalk line according to the design requirements, pasted on the design position with bonding mortar, covered with standard grid cloth, with an overlapping length of 80mm, and then leveled with plastering mortar.

19. After all the above work is completed, it can only be carried out after inspection meets the requirements, and external finishing work can be carried out.

(2), material inspection and engineering quality inspection and acceptance

1. Before construction, try to match bonding mortar at least once and check its technology.

3.EPS insulation board shall be inspected once every 20m3, and each sampling shall be no less than 10. The allowable deviation in the length direction, width direction and thickness direction is not more than 65438 0.6mm, the flatness of the board surface is not more than 0.8mm, and the diagonal deviation is not more than 2mm.

4. The total bonding area between each board and the wall; According to the floor every 20m long spot check, but not less than 3; Each inspection shall not be less than 2 pieces; It is required that the first layer and the top layer should not be less than 40% (the diameter of the bonding point should not be less than 150mm) and other layers should not be less than 35% (the diameter of the bonding point should not be less than 120mm).

5.EPS board must be firmly bonded to the wall without looseness or virtual adhesion. According to the floor every 20m (every 3m), not less than three places, hand push, hand pull, break inspection.

6. There shall be no less than 0-3 permanent fixed nails per square meter, and the embedded depth in the wall shall be no less than 30mm. The number of permanent fixed nails shall be no less than 3, and each board shall be no less than 2 pieces.

8. When laying a layer of standard grid cloth, the thickness of plastering mortar should be greater than or equal to 2.5mm, and the thickness of laying a layer of standard grid cloth and a layer of reinforcing net should be greater than or equal to 3nn. 10. Apply for inspection in time for the items that need to be concealed and accepted, and inspect the concealed parts together with the supervisor and Party A. After the test report and certificate of the materials used meet the requirements, sign in time for confirmation.

In order to save the floor space and speed up the overall construction progress, this project adopts hanger construction.

Hanger construction needs to enter the finished hanger in advance, and find a fixed position on the roof with steel wire rope.

Hanging basket should adopt finished hanger, and pay attention to whether the wall thickness of steel pipe is greater than 5mm, and it must be a national standard lattice steel pipe. The upper steel bars are connected with φ 14 steel bars, and the steel bars and steel pipes are fully welded with J4.0 covered electrode, and no missing welding is allowed. The springboard at the bottom is made of hard steel plate. There should be no bending deformation.

The steel wire rope of hanger adopts finished steel wire rope, and the quality and practice are three strands of φ 10 steel wire rope. Must have a factory certificate.

The portable crane is a finished portable crane. The tool must have limited equipment, and must have the factory certificate and test report.

The anchor claw is made of copper and finished products, and the factory certificate and test report are required.

Before construction, load test must be carried out on the hanging basket, and the bearing capacity needs to be greater than 300Kg. The test method is to make φ 48 frame pipe into diagonal support type and put it on the roof, and press a sandbag larger than 400 Kg at the end as counterweight. Then put down the wire rope and connect it with the hanger, pass through chain block and tighten it. Then slowly shake the chain block with a pressure bar, the height is off the ground 1.5 meters, and four to five people standing on it carry out load tests at the same time. After ensuring stability, the next process will start to work upwards.

During the construction period, full-time security officers and full-time scaffolders are required to take care of them, and frequent inspections are required. If burrs are found in some parts of the wire rope, pay attention to whether the anchors and other fixtures are stuck. If there is looseness, immediately notify the site construction personnel to immediately take off the frame, stop the construction and carry out rectification. After rectification, the construction can continue.
