Installation method of partition board
1. During installation, the bonding surfaces (top surface and side end surface) of the slats should be completely smoothed, and both sides should be opened. Then align the corresponding expansion screws at the bottom of the beam slab at the top of the partition board and the position of the elastic installation line. When installing, one person will push it on one side and one person will pry it up with a wide-mouth crowbar below, and the top edge will be pressed tightly, so it is advisable to squeeze out mortar. When pushing the board, pay attention to whether the lath deviates from the installation sideline and the preset expansion screw, and correct it with plumb line in time to make the board flat and straight. After the installation of the first strip, check whether the bonding gap between the first strip and the brick wall or cylinder and the bottom of beam and slab is tight, and then start to install the second strip. During installation, the height error between the beam and the ground caused by civil construction and the cutting error of light partition board cause the gap at the top of the slat.
Gaps must be wedged with hard objects and wooden wedges, and the extruded cement mortar should be leveled and filled with a scraper. 2. Joint treatment: The cement mortar at the joint of two plates with double dovetail joint must be fully extruded, and the extruded excess mortar should be scraped flat in time. The joint between the beam and the bottom surface of the plate should be treated. Due to the allowable error of lath length and the height error of beam-column bottom surface, the joint between them is generally in the range of 3-5cm. Joints can be filled with cement mortar and hard objects such as board heads and bricks, and a settlement gap of 1cm should be maintained with the beam. Mortar should lean against the beam. The inner side of the internal angle is compacted into an external figure of eight with a circular plastering board. When the decorative surface is treated, elastic emulsion shall be used as elastic mortar putty to fill the cracks, so as to ensure that the longitudinal cracks do not exceed 65438 0%.
3. Treatment of water and electricity pipelines at the joints of doors and windows: the gap between the door frame and the wallboard should be filled with cement mortar putty. Drilling and chiseling are not allowed within 48 hours after the installation of the lath, so as to avoid vibration and cracking of the plate due to insufficient mud curing time.
In the installation process of partition board, three steps are needed. Generally, light partition board is used as the main material, which has the advantages of moisture-proof, earthquake-resistant sound insulation, fire prevention, small floor space and good strength after installation.
