What about left shoulder clavicle fracture?

I don't know what happened to your fracture. Is there any displacement? The displaced fracture needs manual reduction and 8-shaped plaster fixation for 4-5 weeks. If the affected limb is numb, painful, swollen and pale, it should be rechecked at any time, and the plaster should be trimmed and fixed if necessary. If the pain is obvious, you can take appropriate analgesic drugs.

Early and middle stage: 2~3 days after the treatment of acute fracture injury, the injury reaction begins to subside, the swelling and pain are relieved, and functional exercise can be started without other inappropriate activities.

Preparation: Lie on your back on the bed, raise your shoulders, and keep your shoulders abduction and extension.

From week 1 week, do all the joint axial movements with unfixed proximal and distal ends of the injured limb, such as fist clenching, finger extension, finger separation, flexion and extension, wrist encircling, elbow flexion and extension, forearm pronation and supination, etc., with the largest amplitude and gradually increasing strength.

In the second week, strengthen muscle contraction exercises, such as pinching the ball and resisting wrist flexion and extension.

In the third week, elbow flexion and extension and forearm pronation and supination were enhanced.

(2) Late stage: The fracture basically healed, and entered this stage after the external fixator was removed. The purpose of this stage of exercise is to restore the range of motion of the shoulder joint. Commonly used methods include active exercise, passive exercise, power-assisted exercise and active joint stretching exercise.

On day 1~2, hang the affected limb on the chest in a standing position with a triangle towel or forearm sling, bend the body to the affected side and swing the shoulders back and forth; The body bends to the affected side, leans forward slightly, and swings inside and outside the shoulders. Efforts should be made to increase the range of abduction and extension.

On the 3rd to 7th day, we began to do active exercises of shoulder joint in all directions and axes, power-assisted exercises and resistance exercises of scapular muscles, such as hands, gymnastics bars or small dumbbells. The left and right upper limbs cooperated with each other to do shoulder forward lift, side back lift and body back lift for 5-20 times.

In the second week, strengthen the active drafting of shoulder abduction and backward extension: lift the stick with both hands, put the stick around the neck, do shoulder abduction and outward rotation, and avoid doing large and powerful shoulder adduction and forward flexion.

The third week, strengthen the active drafting of shoulder flexion and shoulder internal and external rotation drafting: hold the stick with both hands, and then hang it up to make the shoulder internal rotation.

The magnitude and amount of exercise mentioned above should not cause pain.
