Another name for this spell is "truth-centered". What is the middle? It means stability, and the mind refers to the Monkey King, because in the original work, the Monkey King is called "the heart ape", such as Chapter 14 "The heart ape is reformed, six thieves are traceless", Chapter 7 "The Great Sage escapes from the gossip furnace, and the five elements of the mountain are designated as apes", Chapter 30 "The evil spirit invades the law, remembering the heart ape" and so on, so the centering is to stabilize the Monkey King.
