How to sit upright with a vertical fork?

1. First straighten your left leg, as shown in the following figure:

2, hands up, inhale, as shown in the figure below:

3. Then put your hands forward and press your waist down, as shown in the figure below:

4. Bend your knees 90 with your front legs and straighten your back legs, as shown in the following figure:

5. Finally, straighten the front and rear legs, press the forequarters down, and slowly sit up straight, as shown below:
