1, erection scheme:
The installation plan should be calculated. First, plan to calculate the layout of scaffold plane and facade; The second is to calculate the scaffold load and checking calculation.
Get a building plan, electronic version. Then, draw the outline in bold black. Then draw a double bent. Drawing, the width of the picture frame, the distance from the wall, and the joint position of the wall. If the building plane changes, the scaffold plane with different planes should be drawn. If it is a cantilever frame, the plane layout of the steel base should be drawn.
Because the outline of the building has an arc, the scaffold plane combination can be a square with four oblique angles to facilitate construction.

3. Erection material: steel pipe with an outer diameter of 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm (no serious corrosion, bending, flattening and cracking); Fasteners are divided into right-angle fasteners, rotary fasteners and butt fasteners, which must comply with GB978-67 Classification and Technical Conditions of Malleable Cast Iron. 4, the erection requirements:
1), scaffolding must be vertical to the ground. The spacing of scaffolding poles in this sub-project is 1.5m, and the interval is 1.5m: the pads that need to be placed should be placed on the positioning line accurately; The pad shall be made of wood with a length of not less than 2 spans and a thickness of not less than 50 mm; At the bottom of the beam, at least two poles should be added.
2), the longitudinal horizontal bar is set on the inside of the stud, and its length should not be less than 3 spans. Butt fasteners are used for connection, and the butt fasteners are staggered. The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars should not be set in synchronization or within the same span, and the staggered distance between two adjacent joints in the horizontal direction should not be less than 500mm. The distance from the center of each joint to the main node should not be greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance. The lap length shall not be less than 1m, and three rotating fasteners shall be set at equal intervals for fixing. The distance from the edge of the end buckle cover plate to the end of the overlapping longitudinal horizontal bar should not be less than100 mm.
3) The main node of the horizontal pole must be provided with a horizontal pole, fastened with a right-angle fastener, and it is forbidden to dismantle it. The center distance between the two right-angle fasteners at the main node should not be less than 150mm, and the overhanging length of one end against the wall should not be greater than 500 mm. The horizontal rods at the non-main node of the operation layer should be set at equal intervals according to the needs of supporting scaffolding, and the maximum spacing should not be greater than 2 m.
4), poling
Scaffolding poles must be connected with butt fasteners and staggered. The joints of two adjacent electrodes should not be set synchronously. The staggered distance in the height direction of two joints separated by a rod should not be less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the main node should not be greater than 1/3 steps. (1) The distance between the single-row porch and the wall should not be greater than 1.8m and not less than 1.5m, and the distance between 1.8m must be double bent. The distance between the vertical pole and the wall should not be greater than l.2m, and it should not be less than 1 m for the single steel pipe support frame for wood row. (2) The distance between the outer vertical pole of double bent frame and the wall is 2 ~ 2.5m, and the distance between the inner vertical pole and the wall is not less than 50cm, but not more than 60cm. (3) The distance between poles is not more than 1.5m, and the distance between poles downstream of steel is not more than l_2m.
5), bracing
For the integrity of the frame body, it is necessary to set up scissors, use 6m steel pipes, with a erection width of not less than 4 spans, and connect them with vertical rods with rotating fasteners. The angle between diagonal rods and the ground is generally 45? ~60? ; Scissors must be set at both ends of the facade, continuously set from bottom to top, and the clear distance between the scissors is 6 spans; The diagonal braces shall be overlapped, with the overlapping length not less than 1m, and fixed with three rotating fasteners.
6) After the erection of the frame body, a dense mesh safety net and a safety flat net should be hung, which can only be used after being accepted by the quality department. Scaffolds with a height of more than 2m shall be provided with protective fences and treadboards with a height of more than l8cm at each step. Outside the structure, the height of the scaffold top must exceed the building hard top L. 2m. From the top scaffolding to the top, two protective poles should be tied and a safety net should be set up, and the lower mouth of the safety net must be sealed. The width of scaffolding for hoisting beams and columns shall not be less than 60cm, and two protective fences must be set on both sides, and the scaffolding shall be fully paved.
5, finished product protection
1. After the scaffold is completed, during the construction period, the scaffold structure shall not be removed or changed without the consent of the person in charge of construction.
2. Anchors connected with scaffolding and walls, if they interfere with work, must be temporarily removed with the consent of the construction director, and the anchors should be pulled again in time before or after work.
3. After the operation of each rack is completed, the remaining materials on the rack must be moved indoors; Before the end of work every day, clean the shelf surface, pile up the materials and articles on the shelf surface neatly, and remove the garbage; During the operation, the materials and articles falling into the safety net should be cleaned up in time. In any case, it is forbidden to throw materials, articles and dump garbage from the shelf.
6, scaffolding demolition:
1), unload all the loads on the shelf;
2), mark the workspace, hang warning signs, prohibit pedestrians from entering the workspace, collaborative team safety personnel must go to the scene to check;
3), strictly abide by the demolition sequence, top-down, the builder before the builder, the builder before the builder, generally is to dismantle railings, scaffolding, bracing, and then dismantle the ledger, small bar, vertical pole, etc.
4), unified command when demolition, echo up and down, coordinate demolition, prevent falling;
5) The materials should be transported downwards by ropes, and they should not be thrown. Materials removed from high places shall not be thrown down and transported by tower crane or ramp; Demolition materials should be piled up in the designated place;
6) Before dismantling, the scaffold shall be inspected. If there are wires or other obstacles around, measures must be taken before dismantling.
7) When dismantling, fences or warning signs should be set around it. Idle people are forbidden to enter and leave, and the mode should be arranged.
8), demolition sequence should be up and down, one step at a time, are not allowed to be up and down at the same time, and it is forbidden to use the method of knocking down.
9), scaffolding railings and. It is not allowed to be dismantled first, but it should be dismantled simultaneously with the scaffold in order.
10), when dismantling the diagonal tie rod and the main rail, the middle fastener should be dismantled first, and then the two fasteners should be dismantled. After the demolition, the person in the middle is responsible for getting off the bar.
Five, scaffolding quality standards must conform to the JGJ 130? 200 1 standard.
Six, safety technical disclosure
1, scaffolder must hold relevant certificates; Scaffolders should have regular physical examinations. Anyone who suffers from diseases that do not conform to aerial work is not allowed to work on the shelves, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited.
2. You must wear safety helmet, safety belt and soft-soled shoes when operating. Do not wear plastic shoes or leather shoes. Tools and small parts should be placed in the tool belt. Cuffs and trousers should be tightly tied to prevent clothes and trousers from being caught;
3, the erection of the shelf to cooperate with the progress of the project, unfavorable erection is too high;
4, when the erection of shelves to concentrate, unity and cooperation, mutual echo, unified command. Don't play on the shelf, and don't throw materials and tools. No one is allowed to stand under the lifting object;
5, in case of strong winds, fog, rain and snow weather, should temporarily stop working. Anti-skid should be paid attention to in construction after rain and snow, and anti-skid strips must be nailed on the wooden springboard in winter construction on snowy days;
6, scaffolding height is higher than the adjacent buildings, lightning protection and grounding facilities should be set up. Lighting wires shall not be wound on steel and metal frames. Electrical appliances must be well insulated when in contact with the shelf to prevent the shelf from conducting electricity. Scaffolding near the high-voltage line should take certain protective measures (erection of protective shed);
7, scaffolding, technical director, safety officer, erection team leader to conduct a comprehensive inspection, a layer of acceptance, qualified rear can use, in the process of use to conduct a comprehensive inspection, found that the problem is corrected in time, shall not be arbitrarily changed;
8, the bearing capacity of the outer shelf, in general, the uniformly distributed load shall not exceed the specified load, concentrated load shall not exceed the specified load, such as overload, safety personnel should stop in time;
9. When each layer is constructed at the same time, reliable protective barriers should be set between the working layers to prevent falling objects;
10, it is forbidden to pile up templates, steel bars and other items on scaffolding;
