Is German bread delicious?

Bread can be said to be the soul of German food culture. Germans have a deep-rooted love for bread, and three meals a day are inseparable from bread. Whether it's delicious or not, because there are many kinds of German bread, and everyone has different tastes, it's hard to generalize. If you travel to Germany, bread is a German-style food worth tasting.

Most bread in Germany is coarse grain bread. Except especially sweet bread, ordinary bread is mostly sugar-free and oil-free, so it is rarely eaten directly, and it is eaten with a variety of rich ingredients. It is also a classic way to eat salted eight-character bread with beer, or cut it along the horizontal plane and spread butter. The famous black bread family includes Berlin country bread, apple bread, East Frisian black bread, Rhine black bread and so on. Slice when eating, with sausage, ham, pickled cucumber and fresh vegetables. In towns near the sea in northern Germany, such as Hamburg, fish bread is a famous street snack here because of its rich local fish resources. Small herring, North Sea shrimp and salmon are sandwiched between steamed buns, served with lettuce and onion, and sprinkled with seasoning, which has a special flavor.
