This is the most basic way to catch the ball. Eyes on the ball, arms straight to meet the ball, hands fingers open naturally, thumbs open relatively, other fingers forward and upward, hands in a semicircle. When the finger touches the ball, the elbows of the two arms bend back to cushion the force of the ball, and the hands hold the ball in front of the chest and abdomen to form a basic standing posture.
Key points of action: When the abduction ball touches the ball, the arm is retracted and the buffer is pulled back, and the ball is held in front of the chest and abdomen, and the action is consistent.
