15 basic movements of Xianggong

The elementary Xiang Gong has only five movements, and the intermediate level has fifteen movements.

The specific primary incense skills are: golden dragon waving its tail, jade phoenix nodding, eight-character incense, playing the piano with both hands, and double-parting the alms bowl.

1. The golden dragon swings its tail.

Put your hands together, with the fingers pointing up and the palms pointing down, pointing forward, swinging left and right 36 times (one left and one right, the upper body does not move, and the forearms drive the upper arms).

2. Yufeng nodded.

Put your hands together, with your fingers solid and your palms empty, and swing your ten fingers up and down 36 times (one up and one down).

3. The eight characters are fragrant.

With your hands facing each other, open and close in front of your chest 5 times, then move up and down, and draw figure eights 31 times (note: when the hands are upward, the height should not be higher than the shoulders; when the hands are downward, the arms cannot be turned out) .

4. Play the piano with both hands.

With the palms of both hands facing down and the ten fingers forward, open and close in front of the chest 36 times (one opening and one closing is one time. Note: the upper arms basically do not move, the two forearms are spread out, and the wrists do not swing).

5. Double bowl.

With the palms of your hands facing upward and the ten fingers forward, open and close them in front of your chest 36 times (one opening and one closing is one time. Note: Do not straighten your arms when you open them, and do not touch your fingertips when you close them).
