What should I pay attention to when installing glass doors?

With the development of the door and window industry, more and more users install glass doors and windows. Therefore, there are some quality requirements and engineering quality requirements for installing glass doors and windows.

I. Quality requirements

(A) material quality requirements

(1) The varieties, specifications and colors of glass and glass bricks shall meet the design requirements; The quality shall conform to the relevant material standards.

(2) Putty is mixed with natural flat oil such as cooked tung oil, and putty mixed with other materials can only be used after inspection.

(3) the putty should be plastic, and it will not break when embedded, and there will be no pits. Putty should harden within 20 days at room temperature. Putty for steel door and window glass should be rust-proof. Mixing putty on site: the ratio of calcium carbonate powder to mixed oil =100:13 ~14, in which the ratio of mixed oil: third-line dewaxed oil: cooked tung oil: hard fat oil: rosin = 63: 30: 2. 1: 4.9.

(4) The cutting edge of the laminated glass should be brushed with antirust paint.

(5) Varieties, specifications, sectional dimensions, colors, physical and chemical properties of inlaid strips, positioning pads and gaskets, filling materials, sealants, etc. Used for mosaic should meet the design requirements. The hardness of synthetic rubber positioning pad and gasket (for neoprene) is 80 ~ 90 degrees Shore hardness and 45 ~ 55 degrees Shore hardness respectively.

(6) When the above materials are used together, their material properties must be compatible. When installing insulating glass or laminated glass, the above materials must be compatible with the sealant of insulating glass or the laminated material of glass.

(2) Engineering quality requirements (1) The installed glass shall be smooth and firm, and there shall be no looseness; (2) The putty, glass and cutting mouth shall be pasted firmly with splayed corners, and the surface shall be free of cracks, pits and wrinkled skin; (3) The edge of the putty in contact with the glass and the cut should be flush, and the surface of the putty should not show nails and steel wire cards; (4) Where the batten touches the glass, it should be flush with the cutting edge. The battens should be closely connected with each other and closely attached to the cutting opening; (5) The contact between the sealing strip and the glass and the glass notch shall be tight and smooth, and shall not be exposed outside the glass notch; Glass-inlaid rubber pads should be close to the cutting mouth, glass and layering, and should not be exposed outside any strip; Sealant and glass, the edge of the glass notch should be firmly bonded, seam flush; (6) For glass bricks installed on walls, partitions and ceilings, automatic glass doors for maintenance shall not be displaced, warped or loosened, and their joints shall be uniform, straight and dense; (7) The seams of spliced colored glass and embossed glass shall be consistent, and the colors and patterns shall meet the design requirements.

Second, the setting and installation of the post on the river.

(1) Stair glass door railings and glass railings are made of tempered glass, tempered laminated glass or laminated glass, which are both decorative components and can bear the load of use. Therefore, tempered glass is used to replace the commonly used metal columns. Only from this point of view, there are generally no columns in the middle of the glass fence river of ordinary stairs. However, in order to consider the sealing of the edge of the glass railing, as well as the role of protecting the railing and strengthening the handrail, columns are sometimes installed on the first glass or the last glass door of the stair glass door to block the river, and the materials of the columns are mostly the same as those of the handrail, or the decorative style of the stairs is considered.

(2) Multi-layer Happy Valley Glass Door Retaining the River For multi-layer Happy Valley Glass Retaining the River, whether or not to set up a column for retaining the river should be determined after calculation according to the materials used and the use environment. Especially for public places where people are often concentrated, more attention should be paid. There are often many people holding, leaning, pulling and pushing the glass door to stop the river, especially when there is a music fountain spraying water. There are many people watching the railing, except that all the stations are full, and some places even have multiple layers of people crowded to watch. Considering the accident, according to the length of the glass door, consider adding a column with the same material as the handrail every few blocks (3 ~ 5 blocks). The column spacing should be equal and the number of columns should be symmetrical.

Third, the glass door installation matters needing attention

(l) Pay attention to the protection of handrails after installation. Because of the heavy welding workload, the handrails of glass doors for river blocking are often constructed earlier. The installation of the glass door will only be carried out after the civil construction is basically completed. During the interval between handrail installation and glass door installation, the handrail may be deformed or damaged due to mutual interference between jobs. So protect the surface of the handrail. When the handrail is long, the lateral bending of the handrail should be considered, and temporary columns should be added at appropriate positions to shorten its length and reduce deformation. If the deformation is large, it is generally difficult to straighten.

(2) The glass doors of the multi-storey Happy Valley Corridor block the river, and people often feel insecure because they are condescending. Therefore, the height of the handrails in the glass door maintenance area should be higher than that of the stair handrails, and it should be about1.1~1.2m. ..

(3) The surface of stainless steel and copper handrails often has all kinds of oil stains or sundries, and the gloss is affected to some extent. Therefore, in addition to cleaning before handover, it generally needs polishing.
