When I first started playing football, my physical strength was very poor. After playing for two minutes, I was tired. When I said I wanted to have a rest, my friends looked at me with a puzzled face.
Later, they took me jogging. At the beginning of a lap, I will have a stomachache and various discomforts, so I will go for a walk. The next day I ran in a knot and took a walk when I felt uncomfortable. Half a lap, one lap, two laps, three laps ... ten laps.
Up to now, I can run ten laps in one breath, playing a small field every day and a big field every week. Although I often get injured playing football, I was hit by my partner's big foot ball to my ankle a few days ago and fell to the ground on the spot, so I couldn't help crying. But I can feel that my body has obviously improved.
So, if you don't have that kind of disease that is difficult to cure, you must go to the hospital. Doing more exercise is good for your health.
Exercise secretes dopamine, which will also make you feel better.
