Game props
Four 5-meter-long skipping ropes.
Competition method
Divide the contestants into four equal groups, each group is shaken by two people, and the others stand on one side of the shake in a row. When the organizer shouted the "Ready" password, each group began to shake the rope. After the organizer gave the "start" password, the first person in each group ran sideways from one end. Jumped once and ran out, standing beside the rope rocker at the other end, the second man jumped into the rope. By analogy, the whole group jumps from the other end and then jumps, and the team that jumps first and fails less times wins.
rules of a contest/competition
Teams must jump and run according to the specified time and route.
Any part of the body to stop the rope from shaking is 1 failure.
The latter person must run into the rope immediately after the former person leaves it, otherwise it will be a failure.
