1 Install the camshaft timing gear at the top dead center position of the first cylinder, align the flywheel with the timing mark on the flywheel housing, align the scribed line on the timing gear with the scribed line on the gear chamber, and gently press the gear, at the same time, rotate the camshaft with a screwdriver and insert the locating pin on the camshaft into the locating pin hole of the gear. If the alignment is not correct, half a tooth is allowed to be dislocated clockwise, but it is not allowed to be dislocated behind. Pay attention to check whether the locating pin on the camshaft end face is in the gear locating pin hole. Apply 242 glue to the threads of four M8 bolts and tighten them symmetrically with a torque of 35 Nm.
2- 1 cylinder compression top dead center, camshaft cylinder 6 is aligned with the lower 8-shaped gear. This method must be modified.
