How to calculate my overtime pay during the Spring Festival?

February 1 to February 3 is a legal holiday. If you work overtime within these three days, the employer shall pay 300% overtime to the workers.

In case of overtime work on June 5438+1October 3 1 and February 4-6, the unit must first arrange for workers to take compensatory time off. If it is really impossible to arrange compensatory time off, they must pay 200% overtime pay.

It should be noted that whether it is 300% or 200% overtime pay, the employer needs to pay extra after paying the employee's monthly salary.
