2. Hold the ends of shoelaces tightly with both hands, and separate the thumb and forefinger of both hands in a figure of eight, respectively, and pass under the tightened shoelaces and tighten them.
3. Let the left and right hands slightly cross (let the index finger of the right hand be on the index finger of the left hand and the corresponding thumb of the right hand be under the thumb of the right hand), so that the tight part in the middle can be touched.
