Intermediate drive axle (two-axle vehicle)

Different from the rear axle (single axle), the intermediate axle has the speed regulation of transition box cylindrical gear besides the basin angle teeth, so it is necessary to change different basin angle teeth and match different axle box gears to get different speed ratios, that is, the basin angle tooth speed ratio multiplied by the sum of axle box gear speed ratio and wheel side reduction ratio. There are 29/ 15, 28/ 17 kinds of angle teeth in the middle bridge basin and 136/ 137, 208/209, 00 1 002 kinds of gears in the axle box, which can form/kloc.

The key of the drive axle is to judge the number of teeth of the cylindrical gear (driving and driven gear) of the transition box and the bevel gear of the central axle, so as to determine the intermediate speed ratio.

Unlike the rear axle reducer, the intermediate shaft has a transition box device, which plays a very important role. The axle box transfers the force from the gearbox to the intermediate axle and the rear axle, and makes the intermediate and rear drive axles run at different speeds. The power output by the gearbox is transmitted to the differential planetary gear through the inter-axle differential housing, and the planetary gear drives the half shaft gear to be transmitted to the rear drive axle through the hollow spline shaft. The function of the inter-axle differential is to evenly distribute the transmitted engine power to the middle and rear drive axles, and at the same time, it can automatically adjust the instantaneous speed of the middle and rear axles, so that the middle and rear axles can realize differential operation.

It should be pointed out here that all speed ratios of the intermediate drive axle use inter-wheel differential housing 0 165 and inter-axle differential housing 0 166. Also, when replacing new accessories, it should be noted that the number of teeth of the basin angle teeth and the number of teeth of the driving and driven cylindrical gears should be consistent with the old ones.
