Is it related to believing in Buddhism and fortune telling?

Fortune-telling is a small skill, a kind of skill, and a low-level thing. You believe in Buddhism, but you believe in Dharma practice. It's a different level thing, so you shouldn't believe in fortune-telling, because your destiny is predestined. If you have a difficulty, it's because of the difficulty you should suffer. You have worked out that difficulty, and it will still be added to you after that difficulty. This is what my teacher told me.
