(3) Erection requirements of poling

1) It is forbidden to mix steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48mm and 5 1mm to erect poles;

2) Butt fasteners of adjacent uprights shall not be within the same height;

3) Butt fasteners on columns should be staggered. Staggered distance: the joints of two adjacent vertical poles should not be set in synchronization, and the staggered distance of two spaced joints of one vertical pole in synchronization should not be less than 500mm in the height direction. The distance from the center of each joint to the main node should not be greater than 1/3 step;

4) The top of the vertical pole should be higher than the roof parapet 1m,1.5m; Above cornice epithelium;

(4) Settings of wall parts:

1) When a node with wall-connected parts is erected, the wall-connected parts shall be set immediately after the erection of vertical poles, longitudinal horizontal poles and transverse horizontal poles.

2) Maximum spacing of wall fittings. On-site measures should be taken to strengthen Rachel according to the actual floor height and bay, and the coverage area of each wall pole should be controlled at ≤27m2).

3) Layout of wall parts. (5) Erection of longitudinal and transverse horizontal bars:

When docking, the fasteners should be staggered, and the joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars should not be set in synchronization or within the same span. 2) Horizontal bar: A horizontal bar must be set at the main node, fastened with right-angle fasteners, and cannot be removed. The center distance between the two right-angle fasteners at the main node should not be greater than150 mm. In double-row scaffolding, the overhanging length of one end against the wall should not be greater than 0.4L and 500 mm.. When using bamboo basketry scaffold board, both ends of the horizontal pole of double-row scaffold should be fixed on the vertical pole with right-angle fasteners.

(6) Erection of vertical and horizontal sweeping poles:

1) Scaffolding must be provided with vertical and horizontal sweeping poles. Longitudinal rod sweeps the floor with right-angle fasteners fixed on the vertical rod which is not more than 200mm away from the basic epithelium, and transverse rod sweeps the floor with right-angle fasteners fixed on the vertical rod near the bottom of longitudinal rod sweeps the floor.

2) When the vertical pole foundation is not at the same height, the high vertical sweeping pole must extend to the lower part for two spans and be fixed with the vertical pole, and the height difference should not be greater than1m.. (7) The erection of bracing and transverse bracing:

(8) Fasteners:

When fasteners are connected, the tightening torque of bolts should not be less than 40N? M, and should not be greater than 65N? m .
