What are the five meditation words suitable for yoga?

1. Now put your consciousness into abdominal breathing, inhale deeply, exhale slowly, feel the calm heartbeat and the calmness of the body between breaths, breathe slowly, find the smoothness of breathing, and wait and see how your body feels.

2. Inhale deeply, the breath sinks into the abdomen from the nasal cavity and chest cavity, brings in fresh oxygen, nourishes every cell of the body, exhales slowly, takes out all the waste gas and polluted air in the body, and makes all troubles disappear.

3. Feel a drop of dew drop on the eyebrows, follow the eyebrows to the cheeks, then flow from the cheeks to the shoulders, slide over the fingers along the arms, and fall into the pure land below, gradually taking away the fatigue and triviality of life.

4. Relax the facial muscles, stretch the locked brows and slightly raise the corners of your mouth. Gently press the tip of your tongue against your palate and feel a stream of nectar. Swallow it to nourish your internal organs.
