2. Compensation standard for land requisition: The compensation standard specified in Announcement of Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement Scheme (Gao Zhengan Department [2021] No.99) is implemented in this project.
3. Organization and implementation: Since the date of announcement, the land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreement (land acquisition housing compensation [resettlement] agreement) signed in the pre-requisition stage of this project will take effect. According to the agreement, the relevant compensation fees will be allocated, and the landless agricultural personnel will be arranged to enter the social security system.
