What is a soft ball? Softball is a small ball sport based on routines and with net style (competition) as its core.

It is a special racket held by athletes. The racket is composed of a handle and a racket frame. There is a soft rubber surface with a buffering effect and air holes in the racket frame. Toss the ball around in an arc.

Teaching content: How to hold the racket. The grip of softball is the most basic and simplest basic technology, and it is also the most easily ignored technical content.

Teaching objectives: There are two ways to learn how to hold the soft ball, 1) forehand grip, 2) backhand grip.

Common mistakes: 1) Stiff fingers, gripping the racket too tightly, causing muscle tension in the racket arm; 2) Holding the racket with five fingers, leaving no space in the palm of the hand.

In short, the correct grip method is the key to playing soft ball well.
