One is called "childless mother" to convey the world as "being an old mother", and the other is called "congenital grandfather" Li Tingyu reincarnated as "congenital Buddha", who lived in Ningjin County during Daoguang years, claiming that it was a red world before Daoguang and a white world since Daoguang. Renzi is the spot in the second year of Xianfeng (1852). In the seventh year of Xianfeng (1857), he took Li Shawu as a disciple and named him "Xiang Shan", saying that he was the acquired Buddha, that is, Maitreya Buddha. The three of them worked together: "The congenital Buddha's name was revised to lead him to run the Tao, and Maitreya Buddha Li was named after the good sage." In the eighth year of Xianfeng (1858), he left the Great Plains and moved to Taihang Mountain in the northwest for the first time, to Cangyan Mountain in Jingxing County.
Jingxing county belonged to Zhengding prefecture, and the county seat was 13 miles away from Zhengding prefecture and 72 miles away from Beijing. Surrounded by Pingshan County, Huolu County, Yuanshi County and Leping County, Yuxian County and Pingding Prefecture of Shanxi Province, it is the junction of Zhijin Province. There are many mountains in the territory, including 27 mountains such as Phoenix Mountain and Cangyan Mountain, and 13 mountains. The border passes are connected, and the terrain is dangerous. There are at least eight Niangziguan passes at the pass alone, so it is difficult to get in and out, and the traffic is very inconvenient. The land is barren, the people's livelihood is miserable, "there are many people who suffer from poverty", "there is no land for agriculture", because of "the secluded mountains, the lack of skills, the lack of resources, and the lack of exquisite people", and because of "the people are poor, they can't do it". "The clothes are luxuriant, the gentleman Webb, and the common people are short-sleeved and can't cover themselves. There are even those who have no cotton-padded clothes in winter and lack pillows at night, but rely on coal fires to keep out the cold." "The food is only bran vegetables, and the soil is ordinary. Every mid-autumn, beans and leaves such as pepper, peach, elm and locust trees are taken and pickled in a jar for the winter and the moon. " This is a good environment for the growth and activities of folk religions. Since the Ming Dynasty, there have been many cults in Jingxing County. In the twenty-third year of Jiajing, "Wang Tingchen, a demon, studied the White Lotus Society, burning incense and gathering people. Incident, death in prison. " During the Yongzheng period, there were so many cults in the county that the local chroniclers "dared not carry them" to the temples, and issued the following lament: "... The danger is in the ground, and it is difficult to keep people. If hunger and cold are frequent, disasters breed. The so-called land of victory in form is the cave of gathering noise. Consolidate the country without mountains and streams. What a smell! It's delicious! "
Cangyan Mountain is 7 miles southeast of the county. Princess Suimiaoyang's testimony office. The mountains are stacked with obstacles, and Wan Ren stands on the wall. The structure of the bridge building is in the air, and the temple is brilliant. The cliff is surrounded by ancient trees, and the clouds are misty, just like drawing pictures. " The ancients praised it as follows: "The five mountains are beautiful and take one mountain, and the Taihang mountains are only Cangshan." Inside the mountain gate, there are Buddhist and Taoist buildings from Sui Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, such as Wanxiantang, Tianwang Hall, Qiaolou Hall and Princess Temple (the main god is called "Sanhuanggu" and the princess of Sui Dynasty is called "Princess Nanyang" or "Princess Miaoyang"). The mountain has always been a holy place for orthodox religions.
Wang Wei and others came here to live and preach, on the one hand, to escape the official attention, and on the other hand, to try to use the orthodox religious temple view to put on the cloak of legitimate religion for themselves. "Li Xiangshan governance avenue cangyan mountain, is too palace day plate. Li revised Li Xiangshan's transformation from fire to water, and Sun Buddha Taiyin's mother ruled the popularity. Correct the Buddha, he was originally passed down from Maitreya, and he is the future to the good Buddha. " They built an ancient Buddhist temple on the Phoenix Mountain.
But the good times didn't last long. In the tenth year of Xianfeng (186), the governor of Zhili led troops up the mountain to inspect, and "the Imperial Palace was set on fire. The leaders of Baoding Mansion (at that time, it was the governor's office of Zhili-the note of the leader) sat in the prison, and the death of death and death were both pitiful. " Li Xiuzheng died after taking poison. Li Xiangshan was released after being locked up for a month, and was instructed to put the Tianpan in order (in this regard, Jiugong Road has another attachment, saying that this happened in Guangxu 245 after Li Xiangshan and Li Xiuzheng moved to Wutai Mountain).
Li Xiangshan lived in Tian's home in Zhengding for a period of time, and then was ordered by Wang Zhenxiang to visit Wutai Mountain at the junction of Zhijin and Shanxi with Wang Yinzhong, looking for a place to live:
"In the future, there will be nowhere for the Buddha to go out of Baoding, and ten people will be connected with the family. On the day when An Gankun of Zhengding Prefecture was in his early days, all the men and women were glad to have fallen. In Zhengding, Angankun can't last long, and my mother said that she would cure five mountains the day after tomorrow. Wang Yinzhong led the future to see the treasure land, and the two of them went to Wutai to see everything. Halloween Temple collapsed into a flat land, and my mother said that you two are safe here. "
Li Xiangshan and Wang Yinzhong lived in the abandoned site of Wansheng Temple in Nanshan, Wutai Mountain. Wei Wangshi, Cui Kui and Wang Jing also came up the mountain. In Youguo Temple, Cui Kui shaved Li Xiangshan and gave him the name of "Puji":

This is the second strategic shift of Jiugong Road from the plain to the depths of Taihang Mountain. From then on, Gokurakuji, Nanshan of Wutai Mountain, became the general hub of Jiugong Road, which was called "ancestral hall" in the teaching.
Wutai Mountain is one of the four famous Buddhist shrines in China, the Dojo of Manjusri Bodhisattva (Mount Emei in Sichuan is the Dojo of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, Mount Jiuhua in Anhui is the Dojo of Bodhisattva Dizang, and Mount Putuo in Zhejiang is the Dojo of Guanyin Bodhisattva), and it is the center of Buddhism in northern China. The mountains are stacked, the peaks turn around, the pines and cypresses are green, and the clouds are flowing. The environment is elegant, and there are many temples, including Tibetan Buddhism and Han Buddhism. Being close to the capital, it was specially favored and protected by the Qing government. It is said that Emperor Shunzhi became a monk here. Emperor Kangxi, Qianlong and other Qing emperors all went sightseeing to worship Buddha. Pilgrims come from North China, Northeast China, Northwest China and even East China and South China. Wei Wangshi, Li Xiangshan and others moved from Cangyan Mountain in Jingxing County to Wutai Mountain, which was a key step in the history of Jiugong Taoism, and also an important step to distinguish it from Sage Taoism. Since then, Jiugong Taoism has wandered in the Buddhist jungle, appeared under the name of orthodox Buddhism, and obtained the legal right to preach. Not only did it get rid of the predicament that Bagua Buddhism has been suppressed as a cult in the North China Plain since Qianlong 37 years ago, but it also survived, and it can be used as a legal religion. In addition, Jiugong Road has since made friends with powerful people under the signboard of Wutai Mountain Buddhism, so as to spread Taoism, pray for the imperial family and civil and military officials in the Qing Dynasty, and embark on the road of combining with the lawsuit. Legend in Jiugong Road: After Li Xiangshan was arrested in Wutai Mountain and imprisoned in the southern prison of Beijing, he showed his magical powers. The Western Empress Dowager was afraid and gave him an imperial edict, a four-character plaque with the word "Clear in gold" and an inscription with the imperial pen "Really at home", so that he could go back to Nanshan to run the road and the road was opened. This is a tortuous reflection of Jiugongdao's attachment to the government and its legalization in the name of Buddhism.
The ten years before and after moving to Wutai Mountain, that is, from the seventh year of Xianfeng (1857) when Li Xiangshan was accepted as a disciple, to the sixth year of Tongzhi (1867) when Wang Zhenxiang died, was the initial period of Jiugong Road, and it was also a period of diplomatic difficulties and great survival crisis in the Qing Dynasty. The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom started in the south, taking away Doubi River and Mountain. The Northern Expeditionary Army, Nian Army and Qiu Shenjiao Army of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom flourished in the north, attacking the hinterland of North China, while the British and French allied forces invaded the capital by sea and set fire to Yuanmingyuan. Emperor Xianfeng fled Beijing in fright and died in Jehol. The Qing dynasty is likely to die. This situation provided a good opportunity for the revival of the Eight Diagrams, which was continuously suppressed by the three dynasties of Ganjia and Daoism. Wang Zhenxiang brought the disciples together with the magic that is rare for ordinary religious leaders and women, and completed the establishment of Jiugong Road. She made use of the ideas and beliefs widely circulated in the religion, especially the belief of childless mother, congenital grandfather (combining with Confucian children, bodhisattva, Confucius and Maitreya Buddha to collect the ancestor Li Tingyu, that is, Liu Zuochen's integration), the idea of vacuum hometown and three yang replacement, the concept of birth and reincarnation, Li Tingyu's story, Jiugong gossip theory, and other orthodox symbols of Liu Zuochen's family, combined with other folk cultural traditions.
First of all, she deified herself, calling herself the "Guangxuan Mother" reincarnated by her childless mother: "If there is no birth mother, it will be changed, and Guangxuan will be returned." He also said that he was the ancestor of mankind, Nuwa Buddha, and every turn was a woman revered by the people: "I am originally a Nuwa Buddha, and the world of mortals is revealed; Zhang nuwa, Li Fuxi, governing the mortal world. Children, it is me, a normal; Establish four surnames, to the people, from generation to generation. " Second-time transformation of Guanyin Bodhisattva in the South China Sea, and transformation of female and male in Yangjia Avenue in Luojiashan. Three times, Miao Shan, the third imperial aunt, repaired the avenue in Xiangshan and turned to heaven. The fourth transformation of Wang Sunhua, for the mother-in-law suffered from wheat filial piety. Six times of bitter lilacs, filial piety and mother-in-law cut their own meat for twenty-four filial piety. Seven times, Wang Zhenxiang was transformed, and with Maitreya's three turns and nine turns, it was pushed to the good and spread the day after tomorrow. She even pretends to be the mother of Maitreya, and regards Yu Wang and Confucius as the embodiment of Maitreya and the good son she educated to serve the people: "Maitreya, turn to Yu Wang, and preach the Buddha's point clearly; It's not easy, to the sky, more than 6 thousand years. Twelve years, I was tired and gave advice; In order to control water, pass in front of the door and never enter the home. Octagonal seal, opening up the world, old mother point; Transform mountains and rivers, lakes and seas comprehensively. Zi promotes Ni, Maitreya, and Confucius establishes the code; His generation, my generation, my own son. I am mysterious and enlightened, and I will teach him a lesson; He governs people, I am in charge of the world, and the root of the ancient Buddha. " She claimed to be the highest authority in the world: "I started the world, and Pangu ruled the world alone", claiming that she came to earth this time, and the day after she came to rule, she collected the Tao and spent 9.2 billion imperial fetuses returning to her vacuum hometown: "This trail is all there, and I am in charge of it; For my mother, I will receive three yuan, and I will cure the day after tomorrow. " Call on people to recognize their mothers after all, and join the road: "It's fate, true children, come and see your mother;" Come and recognize me, mother Xuan, and you will get the truth. "
Secondly, Li Shawu (Li Xiangshan), who is ugly, stupid and inconspicuous, is called to avoid the sight of the Qing government, and he is called a "real person" who makes a close mouth. Li Tingyu, a congenital grandfather and Maitreya Buddha, was reincarnated by Guangxuan's mother, and was the Maitreya Buddha and the ancestor of the day after tomorrow: "I thought that at the beginning, I turned to Jiugong, and the Chinese emperor was in charge; Up to now, you have planted and you have harvested. Sakyamuni Buddha, eighteen robberies, has been in charge; It's your turn, eighty-one, that is, quickly approaching the east. " "Yan Nan, Zhao Bei, Migong Treasure Land; In Mu Zi, it's for children that the way is done. ". Li Tingyu and Li Xiangshan, "From the day before yesterday to the day after tomorrow, a normal line; Plant the day before yesterday, harvest the day after tomorrow, a pair of French boats. Thirty-six, true way, and spread; This is, after the Tang dynasty, a yuan ". "Just wait, when the time comes, who can tell; Nananzu, to the north shore, the two families are divided. " "North and South, is a, a Buddha; This is the pendulum, Dalonghua, get out of the way of Buddhism. " "The day before yesterday, and the day after tomorrow, will stand up later; Nananzu, to the north shore, the three will be true. " Although Li Xiangshan is ugly and unlike human beings, "wood is the mother and gives birth to roots." He "has a big belly and can compose articles; Mu Zi's heart, pretending to be Kun. Sailing on the belly is as deep as the sea; It' s not bad, it' s a fight. " "I like being ugly as a mother, and my mother says she is true." His mother helped him to be "both immortal and divine" and "full of ghosts and people", aiming at "it is difficult to be confused and serious", which is conducive to "mother secretly educating people". "It's hard to find such a person", so "don't look at him." If you "deny him, you have broken your roots."
Thirdly, in order to establish the orthodox position of the Eight Diagrams in Jiugong Road and create the basis for the reincarnation of Li Xiangshan, Wang Zhenxiang and others made a lot of scriptures, including rewriting Li Tingyu's story, writing tips and genealogy, and arranging the Buddhist list (Liu Sheng, the founder of the Eight Diagrams, was too busy for thirty-seven years, and his great-grandfather Liu Zuochen passed on the Theory of Tips and Immortals, and in the seventh year of Jiaqing, Liu Chenglin, the son and new founder of Liu Zuochen. Give him the seal, handwritten letters, the genealogy list of Liu's surname and the first genealogy list of Bagua Sect as proof of teaching. If the cloud is in a bad year, you can take refuge with the kit. The kit and the genealogy have become the symbols of the authentic and supreme religious power of the leader Liu Zuochen's family, which is the basis for believers of all tribes to recognize their ancestors and return to their roots.): "Approve the kits, be consistent, and continue to lead; Create a genealogy, approve the sky, and get the roots. " "The true Buddha, the day after tomorrow, is long and far; The foundation of the table, the list of Buddha, the source of Buddha in heaven. " "Take it with you, remember the sacred words, and you can interpret the sacred words; According to the genealogy, the tips are combined, and there are thousands of true classics. " In view of the doubts in the church about Li Xiangshan's identity as the ancestor, Wang Zhenxiang's authority to move out of the kit was dispelled: "Twelve treasures, the kit spectrum, who can kiss; Whoever is right, the trick is to collect yuan. Show some points about tips and genealogy; There are ten steps, real kung fu, and he can know everything. San Xuan Road, switch, he is the lead; All the imperial fetuses, if they don't wake up, which class they belong to, have sons and mothers, have identity, and ascend to heaven; Mu Zi people, preach the road, save the women and men. " She called on people to "seriously worship the Buddha and the true ancestors, and the roots are constant", and to find out who is the root cause of "going back and forth, people in the Tang Dynasty." It is clear that Li Xiangshan "was born in seven generations, and took the root of Xiao", "showing Buddha, spreading the road, is also a light mystery", and quickly "recognizing the golden thread with the old mother, truly mastering the boat", and must not mistake the Sect and miss the sky. Even those who have entered the Eight Diagrams religion should renew the golden thread and convert to the incarnation of the innate Buddha Li Tingyu and the acquired Buddha Li Xiangshan: "Whoever does not enter the list, the root cause is broken; You don't blame, light Xuan mother, owe women and men. " Due to the banner of Li Tingyu's reincarnation and the compilation of tips and genealogy as the evidence for the leader to collect yuan, during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, some Eight Diagrams who were not from Jiugong Road, including saints and Taoist disciples, also joined Jiugong Road, including Zhao Tiangang, the ninth grandson of Gao Wensheng.
Finally, Jiugongdao organization was established according to the organizational model of three cases, five factions, nine bars and eighteen branches. As early as the eighth year of Xianfeng (1858), "Cangyan Mountain, the best son, the name of the table", handed down Wu Bagua. In the middle of October in the 11th year of Xianfeng (1861), Xin You-nian set up three Buddhist tables of Wu, Yang and Li Xiangshan in Yang's home. In the year of Renxu (in 1862, the first year of Tongzhi), a large-scale exhibition was held to "establish nine branches to spread the avenue and 18 poles" and spread it to the following nine palaces, "the clues of Wutai Mountain were handed down" and "the gossip outside the inner nine palaces was sealed together." Li Xiangshan sits in the Nine Palaces, leading the Eight Diagrams, which protect the Nine Palaces, and supports Allah: "Kowloon holds a saint named Mu Zi Zhen". After Wang Zhenxiang lived in his mother's capacity, he was the commander in chief: "A native girl, the ghost entrusted someone, pass him on;" Mention the nine palaces, adjust the gossip, and help protect the yuan. " "Really, no yuan, light xuan; I take care of the bag, and people in heaven and earth will charge yuan. " In February of the third year of Tongzhi (1864), it was clearly announced that Li Xiangshan was the ancestor: "Raise the Nine Palaces, adjust the Eight Diagrams, and be civil and military." And predicted: "The road will be built until the year of the chicken (1873) and the dog (1874); After all, Wuyin (1878, the fourth year of Guangxu) was in the middle. " He also predicted: "Mu Zi people have been blessed for forty years; When Li Xiangshan is forty years old (in 1882, the eighth year of Guangxu), the Tao will no longer be suppressed, and he will turn over and dominate Gankun. All disciples only need "this avenue, there is a heart, and it will never stop; After a long time, he became a Buddha and a fairy. Rui Jutian, accompany the old mother, and the master will settle down; In heaven, you will be blessed and never come to earth. "
Wang Zhenxiang not only laid a public opinion and organizational foundation for Jiugong Road, but also led Li Xiangshan and others to preach in North China and Northeast China. "A native woman, ghost committee, lead the son male; Outside, find someone, turn over. ..... Find a surname, and after a long time, you can write a composition; He has something to do with it, the Mu Zi family. Lumenzi, believing in his mother's life, found out with sincerity; And the big fate, the day after tomorrow, can be turned over. People on the earth, false governors, a lot; Dingzhou city, Wang Zhenbang, carefully related. Reference, it's the old mother, pass the point below; Good people, help finance, and keep the mother safe. " "My mother and son, opening the avenue, came to feng tian, the Commissioner of Customs, and set up a family business, so as to be safe.".
