The damper used in positive pressure hot air system is equipped with a sealed air interface at the shaft end bearing, which can be connected with sealed air to block hot air leakage.

Closing the damper does not change the wake distribution of the airflow, but only acts as a closing switch.

The closing baffle is used to intercept the working medium in the flue gas pipeline of the power plant. It has two functions of full opening and full closing, so that the working medium in a pipeline of the system can be completely circulated and closed. It has the advantages of flexible opening and closing rotation, small driving torque, high sealing performance and high working pressure and temperature. The throttle opening and closing angle is 90 degrees, and the opening and closing time is less than or equal to 45 seconds.

The damper is used to adjust the working fluid flow in the boiler flue. When the blade rotates 90 degrees, the pressure, temperature, quantity and other parameters of the working fluid in the system are controlled by different working fluid flows.

The damper adopts steel plate bending welding structure, and the blades are streamlined rhombic structure with sharp corners at both ends, which can change the distribution of airflow wake.

There are two kinds of damper structures: ordinary damper and sealed damper. Ordinary damper only plays a regulating role and must be used in conjunction with other types of isolation doors. The sealed regulating door has both regulating function and isolating function, and the closing baffle or isolating door can be omitted for small capacity units. Stainless steel sealing sheets are pressed on both sides of sealing air door blades and two through shaft sides in the frame. When the blade is closed, it clings to the inside of the steel pipe and the frame, which not only ensures the sealing effect, but also absorbs the thermal expansion generated when the blade is heated. The damper bearing adopts self-lubricating and self-aligning spherical bearing, which can absorb the bending reaction force generated by blade compression and ensure the damper to rotate flexibly and not get stuck.
