The idea of "childlike" jewelry design comes from a bag of goldfish bought by the roadside in childhood. In the past years, electronic products were not very developed, but children's toys were still rich and varied. Bags of red and golden goldfish sold by roadside vendors were also very popular with children, and keeping goldfish was also one of my "childlike interests". Caring for goldfish in childhood is not only caring, but also imaginative, such as swimming freely in the water like goldfish, showing children's interest and imagination. It is my "childlike interest" to make a bracelet with a pattern of goldfish swimming with copper sheets.
The next step is the production process
2. The production steps:
1. Design patterns: use a pencil to design patterns of copper sheets with equal proportions on the drawings; Paint the pattern to be sawed with gray pencil to distinguish the layering of the pattern
2. Try to cut the part to be sawed with scissors to see if the pattern can be formed; Cut the drawing and paste it on the copper sheet with white latex
3. Punching the copper sheet: punch holes in the part to be sawed with a puncher
4. Sawing the copper sheet: Sawing the part to be hollowed out with a saw bow
Note: Pay attention to the direction and technique of the saw blade when sawing, and hold the copper sheet firmly when sawing. The sawing speed is stable and as fast as possible
5. File the edge: plan the saw flat with a iron ruler and a needle
Note: when sawing, the lines will be uneven, and then file it after planning the lines
6. File the flat with a large and suitable file first, and then file the details with a small and suitable file
7. Take the copper sheet that has been filed for annealing. Let the copper sheet cool naturally after firing
Note: Before annealing, the furnace needs to be preheated, and then the copper sheet is burned at 9 degrees Celsius; After burning out, let the copper sheet cool naturally, and the effect will be opposite
8. Put the copper sheet into dilute sulfuric acid for pickling, and use a brush to remove the oxide on the metal surface < P > Note: remove the oxide that is easy to fall off the surface, and polish the rest with a file and sandpaper
9. Wash the copper sheet with water after pickling, and hammer it to a certain extent; Bend the copper sheet on the cylindrical body with a rubber hammer, and beat it into a flat circular bracelet
Note: hammer it with a rubber hammer slowly, so that the bracelet can be balanced on a flat desktop, and there is no pattern bump on the surface
1. Polishing: Use a small file to smooth the obvious scratches; Then use the frosted paper issued by the laboratory to polish; Then, use different types of sandpaper sticks to polish it again, and repeat it several times to make the inside and outside of the copper sheet smooth.
Note: when filing scratches with a small file, don't tilt the file 45/6 degrees in the direction of scratches. If possible, use different types of sandpaper and sandpaper sticks for reverse grinding to be smooth
11. Use polishing machine to polish the bracelet to make it look like a mirror. < P > Note: if you are not familiar with the polishing machine, try not to use gloves, and be careful that the roller will roll into the gloves and accidentally hurt your hand; Polishing machine is fast, which will make the copper sheet hot in the process, so it is best to use it carefully; The dust is serious during polishing, so you should wear a mask
12. After polishing, use an ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean it and make it bright
Note: there is something wrong in this picture. When picking up the bracelet, you'd better put on gloves and hold it with your hands to avoid scratching the bracelet surface with tweezers
Note: be careful that chemicals will hurt people, use auxiliary tools and put it in chemical reagents for a long time;
14. After the bracelet is taken out, clean it with clear water, and it is finished (the picture below shows the bracelet and necklace of the whole class)

1. Roll the copper wire uniformly distributed in the laboratory tightly on the fountain pen refill by hand
2. Cut off the small copper rings on the fountain pen refill in turn with a saw bow. It's best to cut the incision flat, which is beneficial to welding later.
3. Before preparing for welding, prepare borax water and a bowl of clear water for cooling, and cut the welding flux.
Note: pour clear water into the dry borax, burn it against the iron bowl with a welding torch, and boil the borax until it melts.

Introduce the tools in turn: The eight-character clamp of the bracelet in the later stage
introduces the tools in turn: pliers for closing the cut of the small copper ring as much as possible, and cutting pliers for cutting and welding medicine
4. Before using the welding torch, close the cut of the small iron ring with pliers as much as possible, then dip borax water into the cut with a brush, and put welding flux on the cut with tweezers
5. Light the welding torch with a lighter to make the flame in the welding torch present a blue flame, and weld. Preheat the small copper ring except the welding flux with the blue flame of the welding torch, burn it to a certain extent, and then burn the blue flame of the welding torch against the incision, so that the welding flux can be changed into bead form and liquid form, and then cease fire

4. Finally, make the clasp of the bracelet, cut the copper wire with the length of the little finger, pinch the other end of the copper wire with tweezers, and heat the two ends of the copper wire with the welding torch respectively.
note: the height of copper wire held by tweezers should not be too high, close to the welding plate, so that the burning time of the welding gun is shorter
5. Roll the copper wire that has been burned into a small ball into a "6" shape or a traditional "M" shape in China by hand or pliers.
8. Finally, first, use dilute sulfuric acid for pickling for a short period of time, and then use a magnetic polishing machine to polish it, so that the black impurities on the bracelet will be cleaned after welding
9. Prepare chemical reagents such as anti-oxidation, soak the bracelet for one and a half minutes, then take it out and clean it with clear water
(showing a shiny effect).
