In the Ming dynasty, the magistrate was the fourth level. Even if you are a magistrate of the capital, as long as you have not been promoted to prefect and have no other titles, it is level 4.
In the Ming Dynasty, only Yingtianfu in Nanjing and Shuntianfu in Beijing set up the magistrate (positive three products), and only Fengyangfu in Zhongdu and Chengtianfu in Du Xing set up the magistrate.
