The vehicle management account shall have the following items:

1. List of motor vehicles in use;

2. Statistics of vehicle running records;

3. Vehicle maintenance;

4. Maintain records;

5. Vehicle inspection score sheet;

6. Motor vehicle payment date registration form. ?
