What are the naming methods for building plans?

There are three ways:

1, which can be named by orientation: which direction the elevation faces is called a certain direction elevation.

2. It can be named after the appearance: the side that reflects the main entrance or exit or significantly reflects the appearance of the house.

3, can be named after the head and tail axis on the facade.

In order to make the appearance of the facade clearer, thick solid lines are usually used to represent the outermost contour lines of the facade, while projection lines such as awnings, balconies, columns, windowsills, window lintels, steps and flower ponds that protrude from the wall are drawn with medium thick lines.

The architectural plane in the construction drawing is generally divided and expressed by the natural floor (including basement) of the building, such as underground or negative one (two) floor plane, first floor plane and second floor plane. As with the layout of the above floors, it is marked as the standard plan or the plan of the third to X floors, the plan of the top floor (marked according to the actual floors) and the plan of the roof.

I. Purpose of compilation:

In order to ensure the order of architectural drawings in XREF catalogue and improve the efficiency of drawing identification and retrieval on two-dimensional platform, the naming of commonly used drawings in architectural specialty is unified. File naming is checked by the project.

Second, the naming rules:

1. Character composition of file name:

The file name only consists of numbers, letters (case-sensitive), half-angle brackets () and half-angle minus sign (-). No other symbols should be used and no spaces should be included.

2. File type and beginning:

The reference file starts with Ax, and the file name ends without scale.

Unreferenced files start with Ac, and the end of the file name can be scaled.

Reference document Ax:

Each reference document should contain a unique drawing, and it is forbidden to place multiple drawings in one document. This document is a reference document for various disciplines.

Drawing categories are mainly planar basemaps of various disciplines.

Non-reference document Ac:

Each file can contain multiple graphics. This file is a professional file, which can be viewed by other majors, but it does not need to be quoted.

Drawing categories include catalog, description, elevation, section, detail, self-assembly and so on.

The reference file name is as follows:

Ax- subitem number _T(LC)

"T" indicates the mode category code.

"LC" indicates the number of floors.

Note: The red part is in a uniform format and must be strictly implemented to facilitate sorting.

In the initial Ax, A is capitalized and X is lowercase. The category code is capitalized.

The documents at the beginning of Ax are mostly building axis network, building plan and general plan.

Subitem number

1. Generally, it can be numbered according to the sub-item number of the general drawing.

2. If the same picture represents multiple sub-items, the sub-item numbers are numbered in parallel.

(If this aircraft is a sub-item of 07,09 and 12, the number is 0709 12, and the sub-item number needs to be supplemented with two digits. )

3. When it is a standard apartment unit, it can be directly represented by the user type number, such as "A", "B" and "C"

4. The item code of the general plan is GP (abbreviation of general plan), the item code of the basement is BF (abbreviation of BF(BasementFloor), and the item code of the building is 00.

5. The sub-item codes of regional basements constructed by stages are the same as above.

Mode category code "t"

◆ Note: The category code can be extended according to the project situation.

Floor number "LC"

1. If it represents a plane or a composite plane, it is completely named Ax- subitem number -P(0 1).

2. If the negative plane is represented, it is completely named Ax-BF-P(B 1), and the negative sign is replaced by B. ..

3. If the plane number of floors 4 to 30 is "04-30", add two digits of 0 before floor number 4 to facilitate the automatic sorting of windows, and connect floors with "-"; The full name is Ax- subitem number -P(04-30)

4. The roof plan and basement roof plan are numbered RF. If there is a computer room floor, it can be numbered as "RF0 1" and "RF02" from low to high, and completely named as Ax- sub-item number -P(RF0 1).

5. If a plane 1: 100 axis network is represented, the whole name is Ax- subitem number -Grid(0 1)- 100, where g is capitalized and rid is lowercase, and the suffix should end with "-ratio".

6.

Self-reference file naming:

Ac- subitem number _Comp- user defined

Note: The red part is a uniform format and must be strictly implemented.

In the initial letter Ac, A is capitalized and C is lowercase.

Comp stands for component (abbreviation of component), where c is capitalized and omp is lowercase.

Customized content does not need Chinese characters. You can use pinyin initials or English abbreviations, and pinyin spelling is prohibited.

Supplementary codes can be added before customization.

Residential floor plan

C- commercial parts plan

Fire zone plan

For example:

"R(0 1)" represents the first floor plan (component) of the house.

"C(0 1)" represents the first floor plan (component) of a business.

"F(0 1)" represents a layer of fire zone diagram (components),

1. If it represents a high-level table of a building, it is completely named Ac- sub-item number -Comp-CGB.

2. If it represents architectural notes, it is completely named Ac- sub-item number -Comp-FZ.

3. If it represents the first floor of a residential building, it is completely named Ac- item number -Comp-R(0 1).

4. If it represents the commercial floor of a building, it is completely named Ac- sub-item number -Comp-C(0 1).

Unreferenced file naming:

Ac- subitem number T(LC)

"T" indicates the mode category code.

"LC" indicates the number of floors.

1. If it represents a plan, it is completely named Ac-subiteno. -P, and there are several drawings in this file, which is a layout file.

2. If it represents an elevation view, it should be named Ac-subiteno. -E is complete, and there are several drawings in this file, which is a layout file.

3. If this profile is represented, it is completely named Ac-subiteno. -S, and there are several drawings in this file, which is a layout file.

4. If the detailed drawing is displayed, it is completely named Ac- subitem number -D D. This file contains several drawings and is a layout file.

5. Text information such as catalogue, description and energy saving. Said, completely named Ac- item number -N, this file contains multiple drawings and is a layout file.

6. If it represents an enlarged plan, it is completely named Ac-subiteno. -M(0 1), and this document is a single drawing or a local professional reference document.

All the above are unified naming formats.
