Reflections after reading "From Valley Bottom to Mountain Top"

Recently, in my spare time at work, I sold a book called "From the Bottom of the Valley to the Top of the Mountain" from a nearby bookstore. Perhaps because I am engaged in sales work, I hope to pass this book Rich sales experience and inspiration from it.

Although it is written in the form of a novel, it deeply inspired me in terms of links and details of the article. The protagonists of the article mainly include newly graduated rural girls Wang Hua, Feng Gang, and salesman Zhao. Kai and other five sales staff with different qualifications and identities. Faced with the impact of the financial crisis and the loss of customers, they tried their best to retain customers, thereby bringing about a turnaround in the workplace and bringing profits to their bosses. Various stories and details in the novel tell us how to grasp the needs of customers and how to explore the advantages of our own products.

Work Enlightenment-Through the content in the novel, I understand that at work, you should not only think about your own commissions, nor your own interests. Learn to change your perspective and think about customers. Taking my work as an example, we must know what is suitable for customers from the first moment they enter our store, and do not make recommended sales based on price. First of all, the clothes that customers choose should not only be liked but also suitable for them. It is not just the high price that can bring us economic benefits.

Life Enlightenment - Change your mindset and face work with an optimistic attitude, just like the girl in the book who never gives up despite facing difficulties. And you must maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and not let your own emotions affect customers, including your own work. Make a distinction between life and work, and avoid being controlled by emotions in life.

From student days to work is a learning process. The book has its own golden house, and the book has its own Yan Ruyu. I hope that in the future life, I can continue to make up for my lack of sales experience and improve my sales skills through learning.
