淏, pronounced hào, means the appearance of clear water. The five elements belong to water. The meaning of the word is very good.
But it is a very used word. It is forbidden to use uncommon characters when naming, but scholars can read half of them. It happens that "淏" is a left-shape and right-sound pictophonetic character. If you recognize "Hao", you can pronounce "淏". It's no big deal.
The "Kangxi Dictionary" does not record the good or bad luck of the word "淏"; the "Namology" also does not record the meaning of the name "淏".
★There have always been different opinions on whether words are good or bad. No need to be rigid. Quoting a sentence from "The Complete Book of Zhu Xi": "If you want to see vividly and not be rigid, then you will understand everything."
