Skiing weather
When I took this set of photos, it was a sunny day with no fog and bright sunshine. Direct sunlight at noon can take up to 5 minutes to get rid of. The weather is really not cold.

Shennongjia has a high altitude, broad vision, numerous snow trails, rich tourism resources, and unique and charming ice and snow tourism resources. Shennongjia Ski Resort was built in 2004 in response to the State Sports General Administration's concept of "Northern Snow Exhibition in the South". It is located in Shennongjia National Forest Park, Hubei Province, 30 kilometers away from Muyu Provincial Tourist Resort. It is the first largest and fully functional ski resort in Central China, integrating Fu Na with natural snow. The total planned investment is 90 million yuan, and the first phase of the project has completed an investment of 25 million yuan. It can accommodate 3,000 people for ice and snow recreation activities at the same time. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced ski trails, equipped with large and small traction ropeways and imported Funa systems, snow grooming equipment, snowmobiles and ski equipment. The ski reception center covers an area of ??3,000 square meters and has a ski room, cafe, fast food restaurant, ski shop, medical emergency room and ski school. We also hire well-known domestic professional ski instructors to serve beginners. A variety of snow sports such as skiing, roller skating, snowmobiles, sheep sleds, sleds, and snow bikes have been opened. Its completion marks the transformation of Shennongjia tourism from sightseeing to vacation.
As an important measure of the State Sports General Administration’s concept of “Northern Snow Expanding South”, Shennongjia Ski Resort has unique resource advantages. Because the temperature in northern my country is extremely low in winter, it is not conducive to skiing. It is inconvenient for athletes to wear too much clothes to do activities, and it is easy for athletes to get frostbite if they wear too few clothes. However, Shennongjia has suitable climate conditions, abundant snow, and obvious comprehensive advantages in "mountains, snow, water, (weather) weather, roads, and scientific research". The special latitude, temperature, humidity, altitude and other conditions make the snow quality of Shennongjia Ski Resort close to that of the European Alps, making it very suitable for training and backcountry skiing. This tourist ski resort has an average monthly temperature of -4 in winter, about 150 days of annual snow cover, and a total area of ??about 10,000 square meters. It has the advantages of good snow quality, sufficient snow quantity, and suitable climate.
Currently, there are 8 ski trails (high, intermediate and third-level) in the snowfield, with a total length of 4,000 meters. Among them, the most challenging advanced ski track has a total length of 980 meters, a vertical drop of 280 meters, a maximum slope of 30 degrees, and an average slope of 15 degrees; the junior track is designed for beginners who experience skiing for the first time, with a total length of more than 200 meters. The average slope is 6-8 degrees. In order to meet the needs of snowboarding enthusiasts, the ski resort has also set up a snowboarding park, where you can enjoy the wonderful experience of snowboarding synchronized with the world. The ski resort has 3 large tow ropeways and 3 ordinary tow ropeways, with a transport capacity of 2,000 people per hour, 3,000 sets of snow entertainment equipment, and more than 20 professional coaches.
