Nutrition experts recommend three "College Entrance Examination Recipe Package" alternatives:

Package 1: Breakfast: noodles, 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, various side dishes, banana ( or cucumber) 1 root.

Lunch: rice, fresh corn, beef stew with potatoes, mixed shredded rice, tofu and bean sprout soup.
