Virtue is the virtue of nature. Everything the Buddha tells us in the sutras is the standard of character and morality, including the ten most common virtues. "Abandoning killing" has a broad meaning. You will never have the thought of harming others; if you have the thought of destroying others, this is part of killing. "Don't steal." Stealing means causing loss or damage to property. There is absolutely no such thing as this behavior. "No lust", truly enlightened people do not have this idea. "Don't lie" is the same as the Tathagata, who speaks the truth, who speaks the truth, who speaks like words, who doesn't lie, who doesn't speak in different words. Those who are enlightened can do it naturally, and those who don't do it are not enlightened. Never be "double-tongued", as double-tongue is sowing discord; "flattery" is rhetoric that deceives all sentient beings; "evil speech" is rudeness, unpleasant speech, bad tone and attitude, this is called bad speech. In mind, "No greed, no anger, no ignorance." These ten are the moral virtues, which in turn are the ten vices.
