There are many types of steam locomotives made in China, each with different names, such as: Liberation type, Construction type, People's type, Progressive type, etc. These names all have the characteristics of the times, and so does the upstream type. One of the names means striving for the top. This is just a name, it has no other meaning. Also, there is no downstream type.
