The full name of Zhong Kai High-tech Zone is Zhong Kai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. 1992 was established with the approval of the State Council, and was named after Mr. Liao Zhongkai, a pioneer of modern democratic revolution. It is one of the 88 national high-tech zones in China.
Zhong Kai High-tech Zone is located in the core of Shenzhen-Guan Hui area, bordering Shenzhen in the south, Dongguan in the west and Guangzhou and Hongkong, with an area of about 500 square kilometers. Convenient transportation, including Yan Hui, Huihe, Chaoguan Expressway, Beijing-Kowloon, Huida, Guan Hui and Jiangxi-Shenzhen Railway, close to Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Airport, Huizhou Port and Yantian Port.

Hi-tech Zone is named after being located in the hometown of Mr. Liao, a famous pioneer of democratic revolution. Liao is the banner of the left wing of the Kuomintang and a close friend of China's * * * production party. He once led the first cooperation between the two countries and created a new situation in China's revolution. Mr Liao is the right-hand man of Sun Yat-sen, the father of our country. He was the Governor of Guangdong Province in the National Government and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of China.
20 10 February, Zhong Kai High-tech Zone carried out institutional reform, and Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government issued the Decision on Further Promoting the Development of Huizhou Zhong Kai High-tech Zone. Zhong Kai High-tech Zone has economic management authority at the city level and administrative management authority at the county (district) level.
