What does "Khan" mean in the names of modern Persian rulers?

Khan, also known as Khan, Khan, Khan King, or Khan for short, originated from the Altay people's honorific title for the leader. In ancient northern Altai, nomadic tribes such as Xianbei, Uighur, Rouran, Gaoche, Turkic, Tuguhun, Tiele and Jurchen all called Khan the monarch or political leader of a country. After the demise of the Mongolian Empire, influenced by it, the kings of Central Asian countries such as Timur Empire, Kazakh Khanate and Bukhara Khanate, as well as Muslim countries such as Crimea Khanate and Kazan Khanate in Eastern Europe, also began to say "Khan".
