After deciding on the school, start looking for a place. The good venues near the school have been chosen by people who have done it early. I don't believe in evil. Once something is determined, there must be a result. The first time I went to the school I chose, I couldn't find a place, so I went a few more times and established a good relationship with the gatekeepers of several communities near the school. Each of them was given a box of cigarettes commonly smoked by the locals. Leave a phone number or add a WeChat message. If you don’t want a good venue today, it might be rented by someone else tomorrow. Then I paid the deposit as soon as possible, paid half the rent a week later, and signed the rental contract. When I rented it, I told the landlord that I was going to be a child care class.
Decoration and layout:
After renting a house, clean it first. At that time, we didn’t have enough funds, so I started doing it myself. Put on old clothes and a hat. It took 2 days to clean up the mess inside.
I didn’t know how to paint walls, so I went to the labor market to find a worker, then bought a bucket of latex paint and repainted the walls. There was no experience at the time, and the workers who painted the walls didn’t give any warning. There was no paving on the ground, so the latex paint fell on the ground and I spent a day removing it.

Points can be used to redeem your favorite toys, stationery, etc. You usually put these toys and stationery in a conspicuous place. And write down how many points each toy requires. It means that many children can redeem some gifts through two or three weeks of hard work. Of course, there are some precautions and details in points management, which we will discuss later.
How to help with homework (how to prepare lessons):
Some people may worry that they are not well educated or have no experience. I started working in the education industry without any experience at all. My suggestion is to buy the textbooks of the school you are enrolling in and the exercise books provided by the school. If you study in advance, prepare lessons, and do the exercises several times, there will generally be no problem. Primary school students are all students between the ages of 6 and 12, and they can all learn it. Are you still afraid that you, an adult, won’t be able to learn?
Because tutoring homework in day care classes does not require lectures, we check after students finish their homework and explain to the children what they have done wrong.
