Buddhist scriptures were taught by Sakyamuni Buddha 2,500 years ago.
The Buddha claimed in the Diamond Sutra: Tathagata is the true speaker. The real talker. Like a speaker. Those who don’t lie. Those who don’t speak different languages.
The Buddha said in the "Infinite Life Sutra": The Tathagata has endless compassion. I mourn the three realms. So it emerged in the world. Light explanation of Taoism. Want to save all the cute people. Benefit with real benefits. Hard to see. Such as Youtanhua. Hope to show up. ...the Tathagata is fully enlightened. Its wisdom is difficult to measure. No obstacles. Able to think in a moment. Live for immeasurable billions of kalpas. body and roots. There is no increase or decrease. So what? The Tathagata has calm wisdom. The ultimate in smoothness. to all laws. And get the most victory with ease.
The Buddha said in the "Wonderful Dharma Lotus Sutra": All Buddhas, World Honored Ones. It only appears in the world for one major reason. In order to enable all sentient beings to open up their knowledge and view of the Buddha and make them pure. appear in the world. Because I want to show all sentient beings the knowledge and vision of Buddha. appear in the world. In order to enable all sentient beings to realize the Buddha’s knowledge and see the Buddha. appear in the world. In order to enable all sentient beings to enter the realm of Buddha knowledge and see the way. appear in the world.
The Buddha told us in the "Secret Sutra for the Treatment of Zen Diseases" and "The Sutra of Righteous Dharma Mindfulness": The human body is a nest of insects, and there are eighty kinds of insects. The Buddha not only named various insects, but also described their movements. After reading physiology, we learned that there are many microorganisms in the human body that can be seen under a microscope, but there were no microscopes in ancient times.
The Buddha described the development process of the fetus in the mother's body in "The Sutra of Practice."
Buddha sees a drop of water containing eighty-four thousand insects. (Eighty-four thousand in ancient India means immeasurable)
The Buddhist scriptures say that there are hundreds of thousands of suns in the three thousand worlds. Now we use astronomical telescopes to prove that all the dense stars in the sky are all solar systems.
The Buddha talked about the white moon and the black moon in the Surangama Sutra. He did not talk about the full moon and the missing moon. It also included the principle of the moon reflecting sunlight.
Buddhist scriptures say that people have a cycle of birth, aging, sickness and death, and the universe has a cycle of formation, residence, destruction and emptiness. Astronomers used radio telescopes from the top of Maonaki Mountain in Hawaii to take photos of the Hunter Nebula, which is about 15 light-years away from Earth and exploded into space. Later, an infrared lens was used to capture a photo of a new nebula that was beginning to form (reconstructed from the sky).
Buddhist scriptures mention that there are sentient beings who are higher than human beings called the Chakravartin King. The Chakravarter Saint King has a treasure called the Wheel Treasure, which can be used as a means of transportation and as a weapon. You can travel around the four worlds (the Milky Way) in one day by riding the Lun Bao. There are many modern records about flying saucers. Master Jingkong had seen a flying saucer with his own eyes and speculated that it might be a wheel treasure.
Chinese physicist Huang Nianzu has been annotating Buddhist scriptures for half his life and is the author of "The Interpretation of the Mahayana Infinite Life Sutra" and so on.
Chinese electrologist Wang Jitong is the author of "Comparative Study of Buddhism and Science".
Scientist You Zhibiao, who studied at Harvard University and served as a professor at Zhejiang University, authored "A Report of a Scientific Worker on the Study of Buddhist Scriptures", claiming that Buddhism is superior to science.
Japanese scientist Matsushita Shinichi is the author of "The Lotus Sutra and Nuclear Physics".
Capra, a famous Western physicist, said in his "Modern Physics and Eastern Mysticism": "The Huayan Sutra has striking similarities with modern physics theory. . ”
“Quantum mechanics forces us to realize that the universe is not a collection of objects, but a complex network of interrelationships between parts of a unity. But this is how Eastern mysticism experiences the world. The experiences they describe are very similar to the language used by atomic physicists."
"The Huayan Sutra" writes: "In each mote of dust, there is an infinite moment. Within the ocean of space, there are dust particles; within the dust particles, there is the ocean of space; they are so numerous that they are inexhaustible." This passage talks about the infinite levels of the universe at the super macro and super micro levels.
"There is nothing more important about the quantum principle, which overturns the notion that the world can be 'situated outside'... The universe will never be in the same state again.
We are not ‘observers’ of the universe, but ‘participants’. The universe is its own ‘participant’. "The Surangama Sutra" writes: "Outside the body are mountains, rivers, empty earth, and salt is the wonderful and true thing in the heart." "The discovery of modern quantum mechanics is a state that the Buddha had personally witnessed countless kalpas ago.
Buddhist quantification of the age of the universe is actually close to science. Many Buddhist books, including works by modern Buddhists such as Fang Litian My husband's "Buddhist Philosophy" said that the great catastrophe of the world is 12.8 billion years. It is really unbelievable.
The modern universe uses the most advanced detection methods. For example, Dutch astronomers measured the ratio of the two elements earth and female. The age of the universe is measured to be 12 billion years.
The great scientist Xue Ding'e is an authority on quantum mechanics. He recently studied life sciences. Xue said: "My life was not the beginning when I was in my mother's womb. My life emerged according to the blueprint of the past. My death is not the end of my life. "Xue said that there is a blueprint before death, and life does not end after death. This just denies the common theory that death is like a lamp going out. As for the "blueprint", it is similar to the Alaya Consciousness in Buddhism, which is the eighth Consciousness, this consciousness contains all seeds, and our present and future lives are determined by the seeds in this consciousness.
Einstein proposed "four-dimensional space-time" and believed that time and space are indivisible. The concept of "world" is mentioned many times in Buddhist scriptures. "World" represents the past, present, and future in time, and "world" represents east, west, north, south, up and down in space, indicating that time and space are indivisible in Buddhist scriptures. After entering China, the term "world" came into being in Chinese. Before, there was only the term "tianxia".
Einstein said: "Matter is composed of space with a strong field..., In this new physics, there is not both field and matter, because the field is the only thing that exists. Matter and time are just people's illusions. "The Buddhist scriptures tell us: "All appearances are false. The nature of dependent origin is empty, and all dharmas have no self. ”
The explosion of the atomic bomb proved the correctness of Einstein’s law of mass-energy conversion. People were even more surprised to realize that this is the truth that the Buddha had already taught that “color is emptiness, and emptiness is color.”
The famous Harvard University in the United States has a Buddhist Department and a Zen Hall. The University of Oxford and Cambridge University in the United Kingdom have also established Buddhist societies.
Einstein once said: “The final realm of life is. The answer can only be found in religion, and Buddhism transcends science. ”
