Production process of trial-produced cigarettes;
1. The Technology Department prepares, approves and issues the trial-production technical standards.

3, the production planning department issued a trial production scheduling instructions, should indicate the main process after the trial production, the required raw materials, auxiliary materials and the type and quantity of trial production of cigarettes.
4. Distribution and requisition of trial materials. After the dispatching list for indirect trial production of production vehicles, the raw and auxiliary materials needed for trial production shall be collected according to the normal production material collection procedures. Warehouses and production workshops should indicate the trial materials when picking and issuing materials.
5. The production workshop shall record the material consumption and product flow direction after trial production, and form a trial production record.
6. In the process of trial production, the technology department tracks the trial production process, records the process parameters, and verifies the use of raw materials and the number of trial-produced cigarettes. After the trial production, determine the flow direction of other trial-produced cigarettes except sampling.
7. For the trial-produced cigarettes included in the plan, the factory production planning department will arrange the workshop to code and put them into storage according to the trial-produced tobacco production plan issued by the company's production management department, and make statistics according to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Trial-produced Tobacco of Shaanxi China Tobacco Industry Corporation.
8. The trial production cigarettes included in the plan shall be put into storage according to the normal production procedures, and the sales warehouse shall go through the warehousing and outbound procedures according to the normal procedures.
