Dongpo Meat

When Su Dongpo was the governor of Hangzhou, he managed the West Lake and did a good thing for the people.

After the West Lake was restored, the surrounding fields were no longer afraid of waterlogging or drought. The weather was good again this year, and crops in the four townships of Hangzhou had a bumper harvest.

The common people thanked Su Dongpo for the benefits of managing the West Lake. During the New Year, everyone carried pigs and wine to pay him New Year greetings.

Su Dongpo received a lot of pork and asked people to cut it into cubes and burn it red. Then he divided the meat into pieces according to the list of migrant workers who managed the West Lake. Give them to them for the New Year.

In the peaceful years, every household lived happily. At this time, they saw Su Dongpo sending meat again, and everyone was even more happy: the old laughed, the little jumped, and everyone praised Su Dongpo as a wise parent. , called the pork he sent "Dongpo Pork".

At that time, there was a big restaurant in Hangzhou. When the restaurant owner saw that people were praising "Dongpo Pork", he discussed with the chef and cut the pork into cubes and cooked it until it was red and crispy; he hung up the sign , also named "Dongpo Pork".

As soon as this new dish came out, the restaurant's business was booming. There were constant customers from morning to night. Killing ten big pigs every day was not enough to sell. Other restaurant owners were jealous. I also learned to cook it, and soon, every restaurant, big or small, had "Dongpo Pork".

Later, after being recognized by both parties, "Dongpo Pork" was designated as the first famous dish in Hangzhou.

Su Dongpo was an upright man and not afraid of power. The officials in the court hated him.

Seeing that he was loved by the people now, I felt even more uncomfortable.

One of them, a censor, disguised himself and went to Hangzhou to find trouble, deliberately trying to frame Su Dongpo.

On the first day when the censor arrived in Hangzhou, he had lunch in a restaurant.

The waiter handed him the menu and asked him to order.

When he received the menu and looked at it, the first item was "Dongpo Pork"! He frowned, thought about it, and was so happy that he slapped the table and shouted, "I want this dish!"

He had eaten "Dongpo Pork" and thought it tasted really good. Yes, after asking the waiter, he learned that "Dongpo Pork" was the first famous dish recognized by his peers, so he collected the menus of all the restaurants in Hangzhou and returned to Beijing happily.

The censor returned to the capital and immediately went to see the emperor.

He said: "Your Majesty, Su Dongpo was the governor of Hangzhou. He was corrupt, perverted the law, and committed all kinds of evil! The people are eager to eat his flesh."

The emperor said: "How do you know? Do you have any evidence?"

The censor handed over the large stack of greasy menus.

The emperor was originally a fool. As soon as he looked at the menu, he indiscriminately issued an imperial edict to remove Su Dongpo from his post and send him to Hainan to serve in the army.

After Su Dongpo was transferred to the army, the people of Hangzhou could not forget his benefits and still praised him as before.

In this way, "Dongpo Pork" has been passed down from generation to generation, and to this day, it is still a famous dish in Hangzhou.

Feilai Peak

Legend has it that there once was a small flying peak on Mount Emei in Sichuan.

It flew east and west for a while; wherever it flew, it crushed many houses and crushed many people to death.

At that time, there was a monk in Lingyin Temple in West Lake. Because he was crazy all day long and did not abide by the Buddhist rules, people called him a crazy monk.

One day, the crazy monk learned that at noon, the strange flying mountain would fly down to the village in front of Lingyin Temple.

He was worried that the mountain would crush many people to death, so he got up at five o'clock in the morning, ran into the village, and told every house: "A mountain is going to fly to this village at noon today. Everyone, hurry up." Move, it's too late!"

The old man shook his head after hearing this: "Crazy monk, you are here to have fun again. Mountains are heavy things. Who has ever seen a flying mountain? "

When the family heard this, they sighed: "Where can we, the poor tenants, move! If a mountain really falls, we will have no choice but to regret our lives!"

The young man listened. He snorted and said, "Don't make up lies to scare people! If the mountain comes down, just hold it with your shoulders. We are not afraid!"

The little boys followed him happily, gesticulating and watching the fun.

Hundreds of households in the village took care of the crazy monk when he came in and out of that house.

His lips were broken and his saliva was dry when he spoke, but no one believed him, and no one in his family was ready to move.

The sun rose higher and higher, and noon was about to arrive, and the crazy monk was anxious.

At this time, he suddenly heard the sound of "beat, beat, beat" playing the suona, and hurriedly ran towards the sound.

At first glance, OK, it turned out that there was a family getting married, and people were coming in and out, and it was very lively.

The crazy monk scratched his scalp and thought for a moment, then pushed away the crowd and got into the front of the hall. Regardless of what happened, he put the bride on his shoulders, snatched the bride out of the gate and ran out of the village.

Before the red shawl on the bride's head was taken off, she suddenly asked someone to carry her on her back and ran away. She didn't know what happened, but she screamed in fright.

Crazy monk steals the bride, this is not bad! People grabbed the door latch, swung the pole, swung the hoe, raked the rake, desperately trying to catch up.

While chasing, he shouted:

"Catch the crazy monk!"

"Stop him quickly, don't let him run away!"

p>

This time, everything was stirred up.

Regardless of whether they were relatives or not, friends or not, men, women, old or young, the whole village chased them.

Only the rich man from the east of the village did not move. Instead, he stood in front of the door watching the fun and making sarcastic remarks:

"It's really a new thing for a monk to steal a new wife, hehe!" Crazy! The monk carried the bride on his back and ran forward.

He ran so fast! Everyone chased him for more than ten miles, but still couldn't catch up with him.

When the sun was shining, the crazy monk stood still and stopped running.

He put the bride down from his back, sat down on the ground, and shook her head to fan her body.

People rushed to him and were about to grab him and beat him, but suddenly the sky became dark and the ground became dark, and he could not see his fingers, and the strong wind blew loudly.

There was a sudden "bang", and everyone was shaken down. When everyone got up, they saw that the wind had stopped and the clouds had dispersed, and the sun had just shined above their heads, but they saw a mountain peak just falling above them. On the village.

Only then did people realize: the crazy monk snatched the bride to save everyone’s lives.

The village was crushed under the mountain and everyone was homeless.

Some people were so anxious that they beat their chests and stamped their feet and burst into tears.

The crazy monk said: "Why are you crying! You don't know that the rich man in the village has been crushed to death at the foot of the mountain. From now on, each of you will cultivate your own fields, and you are afraid that you will not be able to build a house!"

People became happy when they were told and were about to disperse happily. The crazy monk spoke again: "Don't go, don't go. Everyone, listen to me. Since this mountain peak can fly from other places, it can also fly from other places." If it flies away from here or flies to other places, it will kill many people.

We can stop it from flying by chiseling five hundred stone arhats on the mountain. Do you think it’s okay to harm people elsewhere?”

After hearing this, everyone agreed and immediately started to hammer and chisel. They were busy all night. All the stone Arhats were carved out, and the mountains and hills were covered with stone niches and Buddha statues.

Only the body of the Arhat was chiselled, but there was no time to chisel out the eyebrows and eyes.

The crazy monk said: "I have a way, let me do it!" He didn't need to hammer or chisel, he only used his long fingernails to scratch the stone arhat's face.

In a long time, all the five hundred stone Arhats were installed with eyebrows.

From now on, this small mountain peak can no longer fly anywhere else and will always stay in front of Lingyin Temple! Because it flew from elsewhere, it was called "Feilai Peak"

Fenghe Royal Winery

Fenghe Royal Winery, Quyuan Fenghe, was a palace system in the Southern Song Dynasty. Music workshop.

In 2003, a Southern Song Dynasty wine culture display was set up, using murals, scene restoration and other techniques to vividly display the Southern Song Dynasty imperial wine production process, palace banquets, folk wine shops, wine competitions, etc.

Not only can you understand the cultural connotation of Southern Song Dynasty wine, but you can also taste famous Southern Song wines.

Hangzhou Cultural Landscape

The beautiful scenery of West Lake includes not only the peach willows hugging the shore in spring, the green lotus blooming in summer, and the three pools soaked in moonlight in autumn night, After the winter snow, the sparse shadows of the red plum blossoms are slanting, and there are also the orioles singing in the willow cage gauze, and the towers in the mist of drizzle.

West Lake is not only good at the beauty of mountains and rivers, but also the beauty of forests and ravines. It is also enhanced by numerous cultural landscapes.

Since ancient times, West Lake has been associated with the names of heroes.

The famous national heroes Yue Fei, Yu Qian and Zhang Cangshui in history, as well as the revolutionaries Qiu Jin, Xu Xilin and Tao Chengzhang in the late Qing Dynasty, etc., are all buried beside the West Lake.

Their glorious achievements have always been praised by the people.

Their heroic names and awe-inspiring righteousness will remain among the green mountains and green waters of West Lake forever.

Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, West Lake has been closely associated with poets and painters. The poets Bai Juyi, Su Dongpo, Lin Hejing and Liu Yong have all left poems that have been passed down through the ages.

"Spring on the lake looks like a painted picture, with chaotic peaks surrounding it horizontally.

The surface of the Songpai Mountain is covered with thousands of greens, and the moon is dotted with a pearl in the center of the wave.

" "The clear water is beautiful when the water is shining, and the mountains are also strange when they are empty and rainy.

If you want to compare the West Lake to the West, it is always suitable to wear light makeup and heavy makeup.

"These famous names of Bai Juyi and Su Dongpo Chapter, has been popular for thousands of years.

Strolling on the Su and Bai embankments with green willows and scorching peach blossoms, and silently reciting the famous lines of Bai Juyi and Su Dongpo about the West Lake, you will naturally recall their achievements in managing the West Lake.

It is they who have opened up a poetic realm for West Lake that still makes people linger.

The famous "Ten Scenes of West Lake" are scattered among the mountains, rivers, lush forests and bamboos around the West Lake.

The name "Ten Scenes" comes from the titles of the West Lake scrolls by the court painter Ma Yuan and others of the Southern Song Dynasty. Later, it was passed down to the present through the inscriptions and stone inscriptions of the two emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty.

The great modern painters Wu Changshuo, Huang Binhong, Pan Tianshou, etc. have all described the beauty of the West Lake.

West Lake is even more famous because of the inscriptions and descriptions by ancient and modern poets and painters.

The name of West Lake is also associated with splendid culture.

The many ancient grotto statues, inscriptions and buildings here are artistic treasures and precious heritage of our ancient people.

The more than 200 cliff stone carvings on Feilai Peak are works from the Five Dynasties to the Song and Yuan Dynasties. The lines are smooth and lifelike.

The statues of the Later Jin Dynasty in Ciyunling and the statues of the Five Dynasties in Yanxia Cave have elegant, majestic and natural expressions.

They all have high artistic value.

The Eastern Han Dynasty "Three Lao Taobao Death Monuments" collected by the Xiling Seal Society and the Southern Song Dynasty Stone Scriptures from the Hangzhou Forest of Steles are both famous ancient inscriptions.

Architectural and sculptural arts such as the Six Harmonies Pagoda, White Pagoda, Baoshu Pagoda, Lingyin Temple and Brahma Temple Sutra Building are the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people in ancient my country.

The Wenlan Pavilion at the southern foot of Gushan Mountain is one of the seven major bookstores in my country that collects the "Sikuquanshu".

Since the Qing Dynasty, there have been only ten city gates left in Hangzhou. Each city gate has its own characteristics. In Hangzhou terms, they are: Beiguanmen (Wulin Gate) Waiyudaner; Bazimen (Gen. Shanmen) outside the silk basket (there are many silk weaving mills nearby); Zhengyangmen (Fengshanmen) outside the horse race; Luosimen (Qingtaimen) outside the salt basket; Caoqiaomen (Wangjiangmen) outside the vegetable basket; There are wine jars outside Houchao Gate (wine from Shaoxing enters the city here); firewood poles outside Qingbo Gate; rowing boats outside Yongjin Gate; and incense baskets outside Qiantang Gate (passing here to Zhaoqing Temple, Lingyin, Tianzhu burning incense); the dung basket outside Taipingmen (farmers transport dung in and out through this).

When Li Mi served as governor of Hangzhou during the Dali period of the Tang Dynasty, in order to solve the drinking water problem of residents, he dug 6 wells in the densely populated Qiantangmen and Yongjinmen areas and used "opening of the sinuses" (i.e. The method of burying tile pipes and bamboo tubes) introduced water from West Lake into the city, which played a great role in the development of Hangzhou in history.

Most of the six wells opened by Li Bi are now buried, except for the ruins of Xiangguo Well in the west of Jingting Bridge on Jiefang Street.

The remaining five are: Xijing (originally located to the west of Xiangguo Well), Fangjing (commonly known as the Four-eye Well), Jinniu Well (originally located northwest of Xijing), and Baigui Well (originally located to the west of Longxiang Bridge). ), small square well (commonly known as six-eye well, originally located in Qiantang Gate, now in the Xiaocheqiao area).

Kangxi inscribed plaque

Emperor Kangxi went south and came to Hangzhou.

He traveled around the West Lake, recited poems and wrote inscriptions, claiming to be a romantic emperor.

One day, he was going to Lingyin to play tricks.

When the old monk in Lingyin Temple heard the news, he was really surprised and happy. He hurriedly rang the bells and drums and summoned more than 300 monks in the temple.

The monks put on their brand new cassocks, held sandalwood on their heads, knocked on ritual instruments, and chanted Namo Amitabha. Everyone followed the old monk and rushed to the Shilian Pavilion three miles away to pick up Emperor Kangxi. Lingyin comes.

The old monk accompanied Emperor Kangxi on a tour in front of and behind the temple, and up and down the mountain.

Emperor Kangxi saw that Lingyin had high mountains, clear springs, green trees on the mountains, and red flowers blooming underground. It was really a good place! When he felt happy, he ordered a banquet to be held in the temple.

The emperor gave a banquet, it was lively! Blowing, playing, and singing, this Buddhist pure land suddenly turned into the home of an emperor! Emperor Kangxi held his goat's beard in one hand and held a wine cup in the other, drinking soup and reciting poems.

The old monk had long heard that Emperor Kangxi liked to recite poems and write inscriptions.

Seeing him shaking his head at this time, he went to the local officials who followed Emperor Kangxi to discuss: "Sir, I would like to ask the emperor to inscribe a plaque on the mountain temple. Can you think of it?"

p>

The prefect of Hangzhou said: "Okay, okay, if the emperor inscribes a plaque for your Lingyin Temple, even my whole Hangzhou Prefecture will be honored!"

The Qiantang County Magistrate also accepted Came up and said, "Your Majesty is very drunk.

If you go and ask him to inscribe a plaque, I think he will agree."

The old monk felt reassured and became strong. If you have the courage, go to Emperor Kangxi and kneel down and kowtow:

"Your Majesty, for the sake of the great Bodhisattva in Lingyin Temple, inscribe a plaque for the mountain temple and let us enjoy the scenery!"

The old monk's request just tickled Emperor Kangxi's itch.

He nodded, picked up the brush and brushed it a few times, and then wrote a crooked word "rain".

At this time, he was already drunk, his wrist was shaking a little, and he started writing too quickly. The word "rain" actually took up most of the paper! According to the old way of writing the word "ling" in Lingyin Temple, there are three "mouth" and a "witch" under "rain"! Now there is only this small half piece of paper left, and you can't do anything about it.

Write it again, how embarrassing it is! Emperor Kangxi was holding the pen in one hand and twirling his goatee with the other, but there was nothing he could do.

The officials surrounding him knew that Emperor Kangxi would not be able to step down, but no one dared to say so. They could only stand by and worry.

Fortunately, a bachelor named Gao Jiangcun came up with a way. He first wrote the word "Yunlin" on the palm of his hand, and then pretended to polish his ink and approached Kangxi. Beside the emperor, he secretly spread his palms.

Emperor Kangxi took a look and said, oh, these two words are really the life-saving King Bodhisattva! Unexpectedly, I was half drunk, so I wrote the four characters "Yunlin Zen Temple" in a blur.

After writing, he raised his hand and threw the brush far away.

The old monk came over to show off, that’s not right! How can "Lingyin Temple" be written as "Yunlin Temple"? Without looking at the scenery, he stammered and asked:

"Our place is called 'Lingyin Temple', not 'Yunlin Temple'! Did the emperor write it wrong?"

After hearing this, Emperor Kangxi glared and shouted: "Talk too much!" The old monk did not dare to speak again, so he had to stand aside respectfully.

Emperor Kangxi turned around and asked the officials:

"This place has clouds in the sky and forests underground. Do you think it is right to call it 'Yunlin Temple'?" "

"Yes, yes, Your Majesty!"

...

Emperor Kangxi was very happy to hear the officials flattering him. After laughing loudly, he ordered the plaque to be carved and hung up.

As soon as the emperor said a word, the officials were busy.

While they asked people to replace the original plaque of Lingyin Temple, they also hired a carver to carve the four characters "Yunlin Zen Temple" written by Emperor Kangxi on the mahogany wood and put it on the gold background. The characters were painted in black, bordered by two dragons playing with beads, and hung on the mountain gate on the spot.

From then on, Lingyin Temple had a plaque bearing the name "Yunlin Zen Temple".

However, the people of Hangzhou did not sell his account. Although the plaque "Yunlin Temple" has been hanging for three hundred years, everyone still calls it "Lingyin Temple".

Qianjiang Bridge

Crossing the north and south of the Qiantang River, it is an important transportation thoroughfare connecting the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo and Zhejiang-Jiangxi railways.

Construction started on August 8, 1934, and was completed on September 26, 1937.

This is my country's first modern bridge designed and built by itself.

The first double-decker railway and highway bridge designed and built by Mao Yisheng, a famous bridge expert in my country.

The main bridge has 15 piers and 16 holes. The lower railway bridge is 1322.1 meters long and has single-track traffic; the upper road bridge is 1453 meters long and 6.1 meters wide.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was repaired many times.

Overlooking the Qianjiang Bridge from the Liuhe Pagoda, the bridge is like a flying rainbow over the river, and the magnificent scenery is unforgettable

Song Sao Fish

Once upon a time, in the West Lake Beside the broken bridge, there is a lonely thatched hut.

The male protagonist Song Wuge has passed away long ago, leaving only his wife Song Wusao and a twelve or thirteen-year-old little brother.

Sister-in-law Song Wu was young and handsome. After her husband died, the villagers often advised her to remarry. She was afraid that her brother-in-law would have no one to take care of her, so she politely refused.

Sister-in-law Song Wu always remembers her husband’s words before his death that she must raise her brother-in-law.

Normally, she treats her brother-in-law like a biological brother. She always lets him eat delicious food first. When she can’t afford new clothes, she sews and mends the old clothes left by her husband and gives them to him. Dress warmly.

My brother-in-law is also very kind to my sister-in-law and helps me in everything.

Sister-in-law Song Wu was very industrious. Every day before dawn, she would take her uncle and row an old fishing boat to the West Lake to catch fish and shrimps.

After catching fish and shrimp, they exchanged some rice for some salt and lived a hard life.

Once, because he was young and could not withstand the wind and rain on the lake, his brother-in-law suddenly fell ill and became very ill. This made Mrs. Song Wu anxious.

She was alone inside and outside. She had to fish, seek medical advice, and cook medicine. She was so busy that she couldn't breathe.

Thanks to Sister-in-law Song Wu’s careful care, my uncle’s illness finally recovered slowly.

But my uncle was very weak after getting sick and had no appetite at all.

One day, Sister-in-law Song Wu brought a net of good fish.

She kept a fresh and lively grass carp in the water tank.

Take the remaining fish to the market and sell them.

Along the way, I thought about how to change the way to cook the fresh grass carp at home more deliciously, so as to whet my uncle's appetite.

She remembered that when she was a child, she heard old people say that sweet and sour food can appetize, so she came up with the idea of ??cooking fish with sweet and sour food.

Sister-in-law Song sold the fish and bought ingredients on the street. When she returned home, she boiled water and said to her uncle: "Today, sister-in-law is going to make a bowl of delicious food for you to try!"

p>

The brother-in-law seemed to have guessed Song Wu’s thoughts and said, “Sister-in-law, I have been nauseous at the smell of fishy smell for the past two days. I don’t want to eat fish!”

Song Wu’s sister-in-law said: “Today I use a special cooking method, you will know when you eat it later."

Sister-in-law Song waited for the water to boil, killed a grass carp kept in the tank alive, washed it and put it in boiling water. Take a pinch and put it in a bowl.

Then he took out the lotus root starch he made, mixed it with sweet and sour, cooked it into a soup, and poured it on the cooked fish.

Then, bring this steaming bowl of fish to my uncle.

She picked up a piece with chopsticks, dipped it in the sweet and sour soup, and gave it to her uncle to eat.

When my uncle smelled today's fish, not only did it not have any fishy smell, but it was also very fragrant.

When I tasted it, it was a little sweet, a little sour, and very fresh.

He grabbed the chopsticks, took the fish bowl, and said, "Sister-in-law, this fish is so delicious, this fish is so delicious!" At first, he ate it one chopstick at a time, and then he ate it in big chunks. Put it into your mouth.

For several days in a row, Sister-in-law Song kept a live grass carp that she brought every day and cooked the fish with vinegar for her uncle to eat.

My uncle had a great appetite and got well soon. He helped Sister Song Wu to catch fish in the West Lake again.

The nearby fishermen heard that after Song Wu's brother-in-law ate the vinegared fish she cooked, his appetite immediately improved and his health became strong.

Because Song Wu’s sister-in-law cherished her brother-in-law and was the first to cook this dish, people called it “Song’s Sister-in-law’s Fish”.

Seeing that everyone liked vinegar fish, Sister-in-law Song saved some money and discussed with her uncle to open a small shop in the hut and sell vinegar fish.

Sure enough, you come and go, and business is very good.

"Song's Sister-in-law Fish on a Broken Bridge" became a popular legend for a while.

In the spring of this year, the emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty took a dragon boat to have fun on the upper reaches of the West Lake.

Suddenly a gust of warm wind blew by, and a sweet and sour fragrance floated from the broken bridge.

The emperor had never smelled this kind of fragrance before, and felt very strange. He hurriedly asked: "What kind of fragrance is this?"

Many people could not answer, among them A local official said: "Your Majesty, this is the smell of vinegar fish sold by the famous Song Wusao beside the Broken Bridge!"

The emperor was moved when he heard this, and hurriedly said: "Okay, since She is so famous, so I want to get to know her."

Taking advantage of the moment of happiness, the emperor took off his dragon robe, put on his casual clothes, and took the eunuch in a boat all the way to the broken bridge.

As soon as I landed ashore, I looked up and saw Sister-in-law Song Wu, dressed like a fisherman's wife in a coarse blue cloth, entertaining customers in the shop with a cheerful face.

When the emperor saw it, he repeatedly praised it as "wonderful", and hurriedly walked up and said, "I heard that the vinegar fish tastes very delicious, but I didn't expect that your sister-in-law Song Wu's appearance is even more beautiful.

When I saw it today, He really deserves his reputation."

Seeing that Song Wu was not kind, she put down her face and ignored him.

The emperor originally didn’t want to reveal his identity, but now that he saw Song Wu’s sister-in-law like this, he became anxious and said confusedly: "Beauty, why is this necessary! Why is it necessary... Ugh! Why is it necessary to cook fish here? ! ... Not worthy, not worthy, well! It’s better to go into the palace with me."

As soon as the word "I" came out, Sister-in-law Song knew that the person standing in front of her was the foolish king. I was even more angry, but I didn't want to offend him, so I had to say in a roundabout way: "The palace is for blessed people. I am a fisherman. Without this blessing, I will definitely get sick as soon as I leave the hut.

I have long made up my mind to live here for the rest of my life."

Seeing that Mrs. Song was very articulate and not easy to deal with, the emperor smiled and changed his mind and said, "I'll take you on the dragon boat now! Let's cook a bowl of vinegar fish and let everyone try something new.

From now on, your reputation will probably be broken even if the bridge is broken! "

When Sister-in-law Song saw that the emperor was so shameless, she couldn't help raising her eyebrows and said, "It's hard for a dragon boat to carry me selling my fish wife, and you, the emperor, don't take this road of broken bridges either! Don't you think that when the Jin soldiers came, the mountains and rivers were shattered? You, the emperor, should think more about the fathers and elders of the Central Plains. "

This was all true, but the emperor believed that Sister-in-law Song Wu was deliberately making fun of him. His face suddenly filled with anger and he cursed: "What a wanton and unruly woman! " Then she hurriedly got off the boat with the eunuch and returned to the dragon boat.

Seeing the emperor walking away angrily, Sister-in-law Song Wu knew that there was more danger than anything, so she quickly packed some things and took her uncle with her. She slipped out of the back door, got on the boat, swung her oars, and flew away.

By the time the emperor sent troops to catch her, Sister-in-law Song had already disappeared.

From then on, Sister-in-law Song was gone. She changed her surname and name with her brother-in-law, and disappeared in another small village, never to be seen again.

People who came to the Broken Bridge to eat "Songsao Fish" saw that the huts were leaking and the wok stove was broken. Later, some fishermen in the Gushan area who had learned the art of cooking "Song Wu's Fish" also followed Song Wu's example and opened small shops to sell vinegar fish, but they were afraid. To offend the emperor, he did not dare to call it "Song's Sister Fish", but only put the name "West Lake Vinegar Fish" on the menu.

When people eat this "West Lake Vinegar Fish", it tastes like "Song's Sister's Fish". "As good as it is, everyone comes to patronize it.

Soon, many restaurants also started to cook this dish, and it became better and better. "West Lake Fish in Vinegar" became famous.

< p> Until now, the "West Lake Vinegar Fish" of "Lou Wai Lou Restaurant" is the most famous in Hangzhou because of its special selection of ingredients and processing.

The First Spring of Wushan

A long time ago, there was no well in Hangzhou...

At that time, the rain in this area was very even, and every household had no shortage of water.

Unexpectedly, one year, the weather suddenly changed: the sky was clear. There were no clouds in the sky, and not a drop of rain fell for several months.

The water in the West Lake was dry, and the fields were cracked. It was difficult to find even water for people to eat.

The government was afraid that the people would cause trouble. Many monks and Taoists were invited to build an altar and perform rituals. They also forced everyone to kowtow and worship.

At that time, an old man was also rushed there; however, he refused to kneel down.

p>

The official was very angry when he saw it, so he arrested him and charged him with "disobeying the government" and wanted to kill his head.

The old man did not panic at all, but looked up to the sky. Laughing loudly, he said:

"I have lived to be eighty years old, and my death will not be worth anything!" It's a pity that people in Hangzhou won't have water to drink, and you will also die of thirst! If you give me three days, I will definitely find the source of water. "

When the official heard what the old man said, he thought to himself: Is there really such a thing? Let him look for it. If he finds it, everything will be over. If he can't find it, then kill his head. Not too late.

He agreed.

The old man returned home and called his fifty-year-old son and said, "Go and bring me a bamboo sedan. sit! "

"Abba, Abba, what are you doing in the sedan? ”

“I’m old and can’t walk anymore. I’m going to sit on the bamboo sedan and go outside to find water!” "The son tied up the bamboo sedan.

The old man turned into the vegetable garden, called his twenty-year-old grandson, and said, "Quickly get two bamboo poles to carry me away! "

"Grandpa, grandpa, where are you going? ”

“Stand high and see far, you and your father, carry me to the city wall for a spin!” "

The grandson brought the bamboo stick.

The children and grandson carried the old man and circled the wall of Hangzhou.

Three times a day, three times

After circling and circling for three days, the old man looked around for nine times.

He found that at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain, There was something that was not like smoke or mist, but it kept rising, rising, rising into the sky to form a shining white cloud, saying to his children and grandchildren:

"The place where the smoke is coming out under the white clouds is the dragon's veins. There is a dragon breathing out underground.

"

The old man hired many people to dig a well at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain.

He dug and dug, and dug down to a depth of three feet and three feet, but there was not a drop of water at the bottom of the well. ! The official looked at the dryness in the well and killed the old man without any explanation!

The children and grandchildren burst into tears and buried the old man's body.

With tears in his eyes, the grandson helped his father climb up to the wall and circle around again.

He circled and circled for three more days, looking around and around for nine more times. < /p>

They saw where the well was dug at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain. The smoke was getting thicker, and the shining white cloud in the sky was getting bigger.

Abba pointed at the cloud. Son, said to his son:

"The place where the smoke is coming out under the white clouds is really the veins of the dragon. I am not wrong in finding the place!" "

They recruited many people and continued to dig down where they had dug the well at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain.

They dug and dug, and dug down three feet and three feet deep. However, there was still no drop of water in the well! When the officials found out about this, they killed the old man's son without any hesitation.

The grandson burst into tears and buried his father's body. Next to Grandpa's grave.

He was left alone, lonely, and climbed up to the city wall, circling around like Grandpa and Abba.

, and walked around for three more days; he looked and looked, and looked around nine more times.

He saw that the smoke underground was getting thicker and thicker, and the shining white clouds in the sky were getting bigger and bigger.

The grandson pointed at Yun Duo'er and said to himself: "The place where the smoke is coming out under the white clouds must be the dragon's veins. Grandpa, Abba, you died so unjustly!" "

He went to find many more people, and he continued to dig down at the old place where the well had been dug at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain.

He dug and dug, and dug three more times. It was three feet deep, and the bottom was full of bulging rocks. It couldn't be dug any more.

Sun Tzu felt at the bottom of the nine-foot-nine-foot well, which turned out to be dry. It was dry when he touched it, and when he touched it he touched a large round rock, which looked like the eyes of a dragon.

He raised his heart and shouted:

"Dragon, dragon." Yeah, why don't you open your eyes! If it doesn’t rain from the sky and water doesn’t flow from the ground, how can you live your life? I will fight with you today! "He hit the round rock with his head.

There was a loud "bang" sound, the rock cracked a crack, and water gurgled out of the crack. After a while, it was nine feet deep and nine feet deep. The well was full of water.

The grandson was lifted up to the mouth of the well with clear water; but he was already dead.

The people cried loudly. The grandson's body was buried next to the graves of his grandfather and father.

Since the well was built, people did not have to worry about lack of water.

Later, everyone continued to go everywhere. Gradually, more and more wells were dug in Hangzhou.

However, the wells dug later were never bigger and deeper than the first ones.

Therefore, people call it "the first spring in Wushan" and the alley at the foot of Chenghuang Mountain as "Dajing Alley".
