Vegetable markets and supermarkets in Tokyo, Japan

The largest department store in Tokyo is Xiyou, a subsidiary of Wal-Mart. There are nearly 20 shops around Tokyo, many of which are open 24 hours a day. There are more kinds of fruits and vegetables than other supermarkets, so you can go and have a look.

To buy vegetables cheaper than supermarkets, you can go on Saturday and Sunday. In the farmer's market in front of the United Nations University campus in front of the 5-yard shrine in Shibuya, Tokyo, there are more than 40 stalls selling freshly unearthed fresh vegetables and flowers every week (10:00- 16:00). Take the Chiyoda Line, ginza line, Panmunjom Line and the romantic express "Island of the River" line, and get off at Sametime Road Station. Take exit B 1 and drive southwest.
