On August 25, 2019, the reality show "Typhoon Boys' Transformation Battle" came to an end. Ma Jiaqi, Ding Chengxin, Song Yaxuan, Liu Yaowen, Zhang Zhenyuan, Yan Haoxiang and He Junlin officially formed the group. On October 11, the seven-member group officially announced the name of the group "Times Youth Group". On November 11, they participated in the 2019 Double Eleven Carnival Night and sang "Fearless"; on the 22nd, they released the single "The Whole School" Notice".
