Bubanzi (real name Banzi), also known as Banbanzi, is a traditional pasta in southern Shanxi Province and some cities in Hebei Province. In Shanxi dialect, the word "ban" is divided into two sounds: bú and làn, and the homonym becomes "rotten child". Jinnan and other cities are called "feeder bases", such as Lingqiu County in Datong City, also known as "Kuiliu or Lv Kui".
Some places are also called meatballs, because rotten apples will form balls when steamed.
Immortals have an important nickname, which is also a branch-"suffering". Kulei was named to show that it was a bitter meal. In Shanxi province, bitterness refers to all kinds of rotten seeds, while in Hebei province, it is more inclined to refer to rotten seeds of beans or wild vegetables.
Kuredo is called Linfen City, Shanxi Province, Baode County, Xinzhou City, Xingtai, Julu, Guangzong, Nangong, Qinghe, Weixian, Handan, Wu 'an and other places in southern Hebei.
Fairy seeds, Shanxi pasta, can be made of beans, cabbage, eggplant and even celery leaves, and the selection of ingredients is very rich.
But what I miss most is the spring when the old locust tree in the old yard was in full bloom when I was a child. The bowl of locust tree fried by my mother was not rotten, warm and sweet. Now that my hometown is long gone, Sophora japonica has become a distant memory of my childhood.
