Ingredients: potatoes, onions and garlic
1: Wash off the starch after the potato is cut into pieces, cut the garlic diagonally, and cut the onion into small pieces.
2. Sauce mixing: (a spoonful of soy sauce+half a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of balsamic vinegar+a spoonful of oyster sauce+a spoonful of starch+half a bowl of water+a spoonful of sugar)
