Introduction to the century-old Shenchu ??brewery
In 1921, Huang Kaiyang, a native of Jinsha Andi, Guizhou, named his winery Shenchu ??Shaofang after his son Huang Shenchu, which became famous in the future. Shenchu ??Shaofang is one of the four largest Maotai-flavor liquor shops in Guizhou Province. Huang Kaiyang named his son Shenchu. Shenshi stayed true to his original intention and hoped that he could continue his work and brew an authentic Maotai liquor.
Huang Shenchu ??is an enterprising industrialist. When he went to Maotai Town, Guizhou Province for business, he met Master Liu Kaiting, a wine-making expert from Yangliuwan, Maotai Town, Guizhou Province, purely by chance, and became more than a friend. The spirit of craftsman thus begins.
Liu Kaiting focuses on brewing and is not eager for quick success. Three years later, the first batch of Maotai-flavor liquor brewed by him finally came out.
